The historic old Town is situated about one kilometre from the shore of the lake and can convince its visitors with unique shops and its history going back to the stone age. A stroll along the Obere Hauptgasse, with its high pavements and interesting old buildings is recommended, as not every shop there has mapped itself on the Internet and you could miss lots of unique opportunities if you do not check it our by yourself. This article is published with open access at Springerlink.com Abstract Terrigenous (Sc, Fe, K, Mg, Al, Ti) and suspended sediment load at a regional scale. In fact, the anthropogenic (Pb and Cu) element fluxes were measured extensive river damming that occurred in the upstream in a new sediment core from Lake Biel (Switzerland) and watershed catchment (between ca. 1930 and 1950 and up to in previously well-documented cores from two upstream 2,300 m a.s.l.) and that significantly modified seasonal lakes (Lake Brienz and Lake Thun). These three large peri- suspended sediment loads and riverine water discharge alpine lakes are connected by the Aare River, which is the patterns to downstream lakes noticeably diminished the main tributary to the High Rhine River. Preprocessing routines are used to automatically convert the ESA generic data products into MIP input data format. Water/land masking, atmospheric correction and water constituent retrieval are accomplished by simple batch executables from MIP. The accuracy of the constituent retrieval mainly depends on the spectral fit between the image input data and the radiative transfer model results extracted from a database. Therefore, thresholds and initial values for model fitting have to account for all occurring lake specific temporal variations and need careful adjustment. 1. Entflechtung Gümligen Süd: Zur Entflechtung der Verkehrsströme Bern – Thun und Bern – Luzern ist südlich des Bahnhofs Gümligen eine niveaufreie Entflechtung vorgesehen. Federweg Gümligen: Bau eines Doppelspurabschnitts anschliessend an die Entflechtung Gümligen in Richtung Worb. Doppelspurausbau Thun – Uetendorf: Realisierung einer durchgehenden Doppelspur. Vorgehen Die SBB resp. BLS wurde vom Bund beauftragt, die Projektierungsarbeiten für das dritte Gleis den Doppelspurausbau Thun – Uetendorf sowie die Ent- flechtung Gümligen Süd – Münsingen in Abstimmung mit dem Kanton aufzu- nehmen und das Vorprojekt zu erarbeiten. Dabei hat eine Abstimmung mit dem Amphibienlaichgebiet von nationaler Bedeutung Rüfenachtmoos und den Fruchtfolgeflächen stattzufinden. Eine Realisierung der übrigen Vorhaben ist bei der Erarbeitung eines weite- ren Ausbauschrittes STEP zu prüfen. Bau und Finanzierung erfordern die Regelung mit einem Bundesbeschluss.     International Friendship Week - Tourist Version 21 September – 29 September 2019 International Friendship Week 21 September – 29 September 2019 This is a special event created for Friends of Our Chalet, Trefoil Guilds and Guide and Scout Fellowships. It offers you the chance to experience WAGGGS’ first world centre, while enjoying an exciting tailor-made programme. This programme provides the perfect opportunity to explore the beautiful Adelboden valley, visit nearby towns, catch up with old friends, and make some new. This event is sold as a complete package. To best accommodate all participants, we have attempted to put together a programme with a variety of both hiking and excursion activities. On most days we will try to offer both a more leisurely option as well as a more physically challenging option. Additionally, we will be running two ‘choice’ days where, provided enough people are interested in both, one option will have a town excursion focus and the other option a hiking focus. Cost CHF 1105 per person This event is open to individuals and groups of all ages. Note: Accommodation is in shared rooms. A limited number of single and twin rooms are available on request, there is a surcharge of CHF10 per person per night for these rooms. Geeignet auch für ältere Personen und Kinderwagen. Spiez – Spiezwiler – Wimmis – Heustrich – Mülenen (2 Std. 30 Min.): Leichter Spaziergang entlang des Stauweihers ins Spiezmoos. Von Lattigen am ehemaligen Jagdschlösschen vorbei zur Autobahnbrücke über die Kander. Angenehme Wanderung über Fuss- und Fahrwege bis zur Brücke über die Kander in Heustrich. Spiez – Spiezmoos – Rustwald – Gwatt – Thun (4 Std.): Abwechslungsreiche Wanderung durch den Rustwald nach Gesigen. Entlang der Autobahn zum Steg über die Kander ins Hani. Vom Glütschbachtal hinauf auf die Gwattegg hinunter nach Gwatt. Weiter dem See entlang nach Thun. Spiez – Spiezberg – Einigen – Gwatt – Thun (2 Std. 50 Min.):Teilstück des Thunersee- Rundweges und des Jakobswegs. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Wanderung, anfänglich durch die grüne Spiezer Bucht, durch Wald und Reben, dann auf aussichtsreichem Höhenweg und schliesslich auf vorzüglich angelegtem Uferweg. Historische Baugruppe mit Schloss und Kirche in der Spiezbucht, gepflegte Rebgärten am Spiezberg, Kirchlein von Einigen, Schwindel erregender Strättligsteg, mächtige Baumbestände im Bonstettenpark. Kürzere Hartbelagsstrecken auch ausserhalb des Siedlungsgebietes. Stockhorn – Oberstockenalp – Hinterstockensee – Mittelstation Chrindi (1 Std. 15 Min.): Zug nach Erlenbach und Stockhornbahn aufs Stockhorn. Abstieg zur Oberstockenalp. Umrundung des Hinterstockensees und Ankunft bei der Mittelstation. Thun - Hilterfingen - Oberhofen - Gunten – Merligen (4 Std. 15 Min.): Teilstück des Thunersee-Rundweges. Bis Hünibach prächtige Uferpromenade. Von hier aus Höhenweg parallel zur Seestrasse mit Abstiegsmöglichkeiten zu allen Kulturstätten am sonnseitigen Seeufer zwischen Hilterfingen und Gunten sowie zu den Schiff- und Busstationen unterwegs.
