Grammy Award-Winning Singer- Bob Biery President to Perform at the Civic Arts Plaza Jerry Miller Vice President (Thousand Oaks, CA) – Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza is one of only two Southern California performances for multi-platinum recording artist Colbie Caillat, Friday, September 26, 2014 at 8:00 pm. John Bradley Caillat released her “Gypsy Heart Side A” EP June 9. The EP features five songs from Caillat’s Judith Linton forthcoming fourth full-length studio album “Gypsy Heart” due out later this year, including the new single “Try,” a powerful statement about the female body image and the challenges of modern David Mead womanhood.
