A Elected spokesperson - representing the student-body and amending national education policies. This absolutely non-hierarchical institution is relying on consensus for the decision-making process; team spirit, patience, and tolerance were key traits needed to manage conflicting opinions but also to come up with collective solutions. As

POLITIC an official stakeholder I gained public speaking skills and learned how to facilitate effective meetings as well as building up my argumentation. I was approving budgets and allocating funds, providing documentation and reports for accountability purposes, and identifying targets to legitimate million euro expenses.
