This announcement, containing the full text of the 2019 Annual Report of the Company, is prepared with reference to the relevant requirements of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in relation to preliminary announcements of Annual Results. The Company’s 2019 Annual Report will be available for viewing on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk and of the Company at www.gwm.com.cn. Printed version of the Company’s 2019 Annual Report will also be delivered to the Company’s shareholders. This proposal is subject to the approval at the 2019 annual general meeting of the Company. VI.
