The phenomenon of these autonomous Chinese Automakers is drawing increasing attention not only from academia but also from business and government circles. This paper attempts to clarify the relationship between emergence of ICAMs and International Technology Transfer. Many scholars indicate the use of outside supplies (of engines and other key-parts), as a sole reason for high-speed growth of ICAMs. However, the internal approach, at a level of how companies act, is also necessary to outline all the reasons and factors that might contribute to the process. Dalam hal ini mobil yang terus meningkat menyebabkan kebutuhan akan perawatan dan perbaikan dari kendaraan bermotor juga semakin meningkat, sebagai pengguna awam dengan masalah kerusakan pasti akan merasa kesulitan. Mau memperbaiki sendiri, dikhawatirkan akan menambah kerusakan yang terjadi. Kerusakan pada satu bagian bisa mempengaruhi atau menyebabkan kerusakan pada bagian yang lain pada mobil Suzuki Carry, kendalanya tidak semua orang mengetahui atau mempunyai keahlian dibidang perbaikan kerusakan tersebut. Mesin inferensi dari sistem pakar ini menggunakan teknik pelacakan ke depan (forward chaining). Cara kerja dari inferensi ini adalah menuntun user untuk menjawab pertanyaan agar mendapatkan solusi yang terbaik. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan mudah oleh user, karena sistem yang dibuat bersifat user friendly. Dalam penelitian ini metode forward chaining dapat membantu mengidentifikasi kerusakan mobil suzuki carry dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas android pada smartphone sebelum mobil dibawa ke bengkel kapan saja dan dimana saja mobil itu berada.
