Il est peu de personnes qui restent insensibles à ce genre de divertissement. On peut encore remarquer qu’il laisse un souvenir plus durable que bien d’autres incidents de la vie. Après dix et vingt ans, quand on a oublié une foule de choses, on se souvient parfaitement d’une comédie qui a fait plaisir et l’on en cite volontiers quelques traits heureux.
