The Airport, in it’s over half a century of operation, has developed into an all-season, all-weather corporate-class facility which successfully competes with its peers, regardless of size. The purpose of this plan is to move the DeKalb County Airport Authority (DCAA) strategically into a more positive, community focused entity while relying less on tax revenues, over time. -
