Osetra is an independently owned seafood restaurant, located in the heart of downtown San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter! Our menu features a range of fresh seafood, caviar, homemade pastas, and aged beef - all influenced by the culinary traditions of Europe and Asia.

To complement our cuisine, Osetra also features an award-wining wine collection house in a showcase three-story wine tower. Our spacious, split level floor plan features classic yet contemporary décor and a relaxed cosmopolitan ambiance.

In order to provide the best possible service to you and all of your guests, we may require groups larger than 20 to order from a limited menu. A minimum of 8 guests is required for the use of our banquet menus. The experienced and dedicated Sales Team can work with you to assemble a custom menu to best suit the needs of your event. PACIFIC ROOM 30 SEATED | 50 RECEPTION The Pacific Room is our largest fully-private space and is located on our second floor. Large, picture windows give way to gorgeous views of the Historic Gaslamp Quarter. The room can seat up to 30 guests at one long table. A projector and drop down screen are available with advance notice at an additional charge.

COCKTAIL LOUNGE 30 SEATED | 70 RECEPTION Located adjacent to the main bar and the patio, this unique space provides guests with the option for an indoor/outdoor event space and top-notch views of our 3-Story, illuminated Wine Tower! Over-sized nautical chandeliers hang from above while natural wood tables frame the reception space. Guests can watch as our in-house Sushi Chef creates fresh rolls at our Raw Bar.

MEZZANINE LEVEL 180-190 SEATED | 200-250 RECEPTION Our second floor Mezzanine Level can seat a maximum of 180 guests for dinner. This stunning dining space is adorned with wall-to- wall windows, providing exceptional views of the Historic Gaslamp Quarter, while our 3-Story, illuminated Wine Tower peaks interest as the focal point of the restaurant. This space can be booked exclusively for groups of any size or in partial offering semi-private space for your group.

Osetra is located 904 Fifth Avenue (at E street) in the Gaslamp Quarter just a short walk from the San Diego Convention Center and most downtown hotels.

PARKING

Our partnership with Horton Plaza parking garage allows us to validate your parking ticket for a flat rate of $8. Please show your ticket to a host for Voucher. The entrances to the parking structure are located on the corner of 4th Ave & F St. and the intersection of 3rd Ave. & G St. There are pay lots on the corner of 6th and E Street, one block away, as well as metered parking throughout the Gaslamp. There are valet options on 4th & E St. and on F St. (between 4th & 5th Ave.) Please note, we do not validate valet tickets.

HOURS

Osetra is open nightly for dinner from 4PM to 10PM on weeknights and until 12AM on weekends.

STANDING RECEPTIONS

Unless the exclusive-use of the restaurant or one of its dining rooms has been contracted and the express consent of Osetra has been given, groups should expect to be seated immediately upon arrival.

BEVERAGES

All beverages are billed on consumption. For groups over 40 guests, we recommend that wines be pre-selected the week preceding the event to ensure we have sufficient quantities for your event. If a specific type or quantity of wine or beverage is requested that is not normally stocked by Osetra, we may require the selection to be pre-purchased. For groups less than 40 guests, any wine requests will be sent to the in-house Sommelier who will work with the onsite host of the event to determine availability. If the requested wines are not available, the Sommelier will assist in making recommendations based on our current inventory.

MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENTS

Osetra reserves the right to require minimum spend guarantees for particular events or buyouts. These may be stated as a dollar amount and/or a guaranteed minimum number of attendees. If on the evening of the event, the total dollar amount of the bill for food and beverage does not reach the specified requirement, the difference will be assessed as a room charge.

BILLING/PAYMENT

Osetra reserves the right to require an advance deposit to confirm group reservations. Reservations cannot be considered confirmed until a deposit and/or a completed credit card authorization form has been received. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the account balance is due upon conclusion of the event. We do not offer payment terms, nor do we accept company or personal checks. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express.
