The agency, the DC Trust, and the Lead Agencies do not systematically track late payments. However, if there is a grievance related to payment timeliness, DC YouthLink responds quickly and following an established process.

Outcome report: The Lead Agencies and the Service Coalition provide monthly reports of outcomes, which are verified by an outcome committee. The outcome committee consists of representatives from the DC Trust, Progressive Life Center, the National Center for Children and Families, and DYRS. The report is below.
