Worsham is considering pursuing a mental health counseling program at Longwood’s graduate school or attending Virginia Commonwealth University for her masters’ degree in social work in a clinical setting. Worsham completed her internship over the summer with the Virginia Treatment Center for Children in Richmond. Worsham is currently involved in Psych Club, Psi Chi (the international honors fraternity for psychology), and Big Siblings. “I’ve learned how to deal with certain situations that the kid maybe doesn’t really know about. In Big Siblings, a lot of times the kids have a hard home life and they tell you things that they don’t even know what it means,” said Worsham.
