On November 8, 2013, Fletch picked up win #189 earning the top spot for wins in Barton men's basket- ball history surpassing Dan McGovern’s 188 mark set during the 1986-1994 seasons. Entering the 2013-14 campaign, Fletch's record at Barton was 185-72 - an average of almost 23 wins a season and a .720 winning percentage. Throughout Fletch’s colle- giate career coaching, his record entering the season is 286-130, good for a .689 win percentage. Last season Fletch guided the Cougars to a 28-6 season, 12-4 in the rugged Jayhawk West division, ending the sea- son one victory away from the NJCAA Division I Tourna- ment and finishing at #24 in the nation.
