* http://r.a.r.e.free.fr/mise à jour catalogue 2015.pdf 3 4 SOMMAIRE Auteurs -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 Changement d’adresse -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 Index taxonomiques Sous-ordres, séries, super-familles, familles, sous-familles, tribus, sous-tribus ------------------ 7 Genres, sous-genres et synonymes ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 19 Espèces, sous-espèces et synonymes -------------------------------------------------------------------- 51 Errata ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 166 Données nouvelles ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 174 Bibliographie utile ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 180 Modifications systématiques ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 182 Nouvelles références originales ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 182 Récapitulation des noms nouvellement cités, à statut modifié, ou supprimés ----------------- 183 5 Auteurs Ont contribué au présent supplément : BORDAT Patrice, BOURDONNÉ Jean-Claude, BOUYON Hervé, CASSET Lionel, COULON Jacques, DEBREUIL Marc, DELOBEL Alex, DOGUET Serge, DUHALDEBORDE Franck, GOMY Yves, MENET Dominique, MONCOUTIER Bernard, MONTREUIL Olivier, NOBLECOURT Thierry, OROUSSET Jean, PELLETIER Jean, PEREZ Christian, PERREAU Michel, PESLIER Serge, PUPIER René, RICHOUX Philippe, ROUAULT Éric, SECQ Michel, SOLDATI Fabien, SÖRRENSON Michael, TRONQUET Marc, A également contribué : FAILLE Arnaud. The biodiversity of mixed-species samples of arthropods can be characterized by shotgun sequencing of bulk genomic DNA and subsequent bioinformatics assembly of mitochondrial genomes. Here, we tested the power of mitochondrial metagenomics by conducting Illumina sequencing on mixtures of >2600 individuals of leaf beetles (Chrysomelidae) from 10 communities. 2. Patterns of species richness, community dissimilarity and biomass were assessed from matches of reads against three reference databases, including (i) a custom set of mitogenomes generated for 156 species (89% of species in the study); (ii) mitogenomes obtained by the de novo assembly of sequence reads from the real-world communities; and (iii) a custom set of DNA barcode (cox1-50) sequences. 3. Species detection against the custom-built reference genomes was very high (>90%). False presences were rare against mitogenomes but slightly higher against the barcode references.

The objective of this study was to verify the taxonomy and phylogeny of four morphologically similar Carpathian species of Bryodaemon Podlussany, 1998 (Coleoptera: Curculionidae). Species relationships were studied using three molecular markers: two nuclear (ITS-2 and EF1-á) and one mitochondrial (COI, barcoding marker). We also took morphometric measurements of 35 taxonomically derived characteristics of body parts and genital apparatus. The potential presence of apomorphic features also was determined. We then compared our results with data concerning the ecology and geography of previously studied species.Ouranalysesconfirmedthemonophylyofthisgroup andestablishedaphylogenyfor the genus. We propose that B. hanakii is the earliest derived species, based on morphometric measurements, apomorphies and the EF-1á phylogeny.

ALEKSEEV Department of Zootechny, Kaliningrad State Technical University, Sovetsky Avenue 1. 236000, Kaliningrad, Russia. E-mail: [email protected] Abstract The paper contains a review of coleopteran genera known from Baltic, Bitterfeld and Rovno amber localities. Altogether 420 genera (191 extinct and 229 extant) from 78 families are listed from these three Lagerstätten (as of 7 March 2017). The listed beetles were analyzed zoogeographically and distributional maps for 72 genera were compiled. One-quarter (56) of the genera that have survived since the Eocene have cosmopolitan ranges at present; 35 extant genera have been extripated from the Palaearctic since the Eocene. Approximately 40% of beetle genera from the middle-upper Eocene Eu- ropean ambers can be encountered in the wild in present-day Europe, while 5 of these genera are supposed to be European relict endemics originating in Fennosarmatia. The general similarity of the Baltic amber (s.l.) beetle assemblage to modern south Palaearctic fauna is the strongest, the Nearctic elements are more numerous in the middle-upper Eocene European ambers than the Oriental taxa. The simplified Mutual Climatic Range (MCR) method was used for palaeoclimate recon- struction based on fossil beetles. The coleopteran assemblage of Baltic amber is interpreted as indicative of warm temper- ate, humid, equable climate with reduced thermal seasonality [annual average temperatures range from +10–20˚C; mean of the coldest month temperatures around +10˚C; mean of the hottest month temperature around +20–24˚C; annual pre- cipitation around 750–1500 mm].

Cleonis pigra (Scopoli), Larinus onopordi the 40 species of weevil from subfamilies Lixinae, (Fabricius), L. inaequalicollis Capiomont, L. ochroleucus Ceutorhynchinae, Baridinae, Gymnetrinae and Entiminae Capiomont, L. sibiricus Gyllenhal, L. sp. n. pr. leuzeae Fabre, (Curculionidae) were determined in Eastern Turkey during L. filiformis Petri, Herpes porcellus Lacordaire и Mononychus 1997–2007. Conorhynchus Petri, L. siculus Boheman, L. korbi Petri, and Mononychus hololeucus (Pallas), Mecaspis incisuratus Gyllenhal, schoenherri Kolenati prefer to migrate by flight before Leucophyes pedesteris (Poda), Otiorhynchus brunneus hibernation. Gymnetron netum (Germar) Capiomont, L. sibiricus Gyllenhal, L. sp. n. pr. leuzeae и Larinus puncticollis Capiomont заселяют на зимовку Fabre, L.
