AUTISM MONTH 2015 Minutes of meeting held on Thursday, 19th February 2015 Riverside Primary School,

Written Guidance has been requested by Lorene & Catherine to produce sheet 19/02/15 schools to clarify project parameters. based on the difference between “project / classroom” work.

Alloa Venue: New Struan School has set Post-meeting note: Struan School is ASAP aside 23rd March to 12th April for now unavailable, Lorene is researching exhibition. NB: this encompasses the other potential venues in Alloa. Easter School holidays (2 weeks).

Stirling Venue: to be confirmed ASAP. Catherine to follow-up potential venues ASAP Cowane’s Hospital may be out of and confirm ASAP. commission. Other potential venues: Stirling Tollbooth, Made in Stirling.

Other Venues: Joanne has had a positive Lorene to e-mail picture and project 20/2/2015 for response from Coffee Shops in Stirling text to Wendy, who will create an A5 Lorene. and Alloa. They will potentially display flyer for Joanne’s coffee shop quest. 27/02/2015 for 1/2 artworks and an event poster. Wendy.

Forth Valley Hospital Promo: confirmed for 2nd-10th April.

MacRobert Arts Centre Film: Vanessa Vanessa to confirm that BBC will allow ASAP confirmed that the preferred film was X + MacRobert to show X + Y. And possible Y, produced by the BBC, and has a dates (3 viewings proposed) national release.
