Hanky Panky 105 Beefeater 24 Gin, Rosso Vermouth, Fernet Branca Invented by the da “Coley” Coleman from Savoy London, this drink was made for Sir Charles Hawtrey when he requested for “something with a bit of a punch.” He called this drink “the real hanky-panky.”

Tuxedo 100 Tanquery 10 Gin, Dry Vermouth, Luxardo, Absinth, Orange & Angostura Bitters The cocktail was invented in the Tuxedo Club at Orange County, New York in 1886 which is where it gets its name from. This was also the birthplace of the tail-less suit, called, yes, the tuxedo.

Sazerac 115 Henessy VS, Cane Sugar, Absinth, Peychaud's Bitters During the 1830's in New Orleans, pharmacist Antoine Peychaud, also the creator of Peychaud’s bitters would serve his guests toddies with his bitters and Sazerac de Forge at Fils cognac that became very popular in his town.

Created by Eddie Woelke in Cuba during 1920’s when he was amazed by Mary Pickford’s red hair, a famous silent movie actress.

Barrel aged Negroni 105 Botanist Gin, Rosso Vermouth, Campari Invented at Cafe Casoni in Florence, Italy in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to strengthen his favorite cocktail Americano by replacing soda water with gin.

Vieux Carre 95 Bulleit Rye, Henessy VS, Benedictine, Rosso Vermouth, Angostura & Peychaud's Bitters Invented in 1930’s by Walter Bergeron at The Hotel Monteleone, the cocktail is named after New Orlean’s French Quarter – “Voeux Carre” that literally translates to “old Square”.

Martinez 100 Old Tom Gin, Rosso Vermouth, Maraschino, Angostura Bitters Often named the Father of the Martini, the Martinez has appeared in cocktail books going all the way back to 1884. This recipe comes from Jerry Thomas who used Old Tom gin to replace Genever.
