indicator for the economy, highlighting that people looking for jobs are frequently able to find them 7.0% 6.5% • Though unchanged for 3 months, unemployment has steadily decreased 6.0% since the heightening concerns of upcoming inflation, which may lead to increase lending costs for businesses 3.0% • Non-seasonally adjusted compensation costs up 1.7% 2.5% • Wage growth points to a better
