Adi Shakti Meditation A meditation for connecting with the divine feminine aspect.

1) We begin with a chant to Ground the space. Chant 3x:

ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO

Meaning: I bow to the divine teacher within and all the divine teachers who have come before me.

2) Adi Shakti Chant

Time- Set timer for 11 min.

Both palms face down. Hands are in front of the heart, arms slightly away form the body. Elbows up. Chin is slightly tucked. Close the eyes.

(I bow to the Primal Power)

Sarb Shakti, Sarb Shakti, Sarb Shakti, Namo Namo

(I bow to the all encompassing Power and Energy)

Pritham Bhagvati, Pritham Bhagvati, Pritham Bhagvati, Namo Namo

(I bow to that which God creates)

Kundalini Mata Shakti, Mata Shakti, Namo Namo

(I bow to the creative power of the Kundalini, the Divine Mother Power)

3) To Close

Inhale deeply, suspend the breath. Exhale release the arms.

Bring hands in prayer at the heart and say:

MAY THE LONG TIME SUN SHINE UPON YOU, ALL LOVE SURROUND YOU, AND THE PURE LIGHT WITHIN YOU GUIDE YOUR WAY ON.

Bring the hands to the third eye in between the brows.

Bow and say. . .
