Once I started reading this book I couldn't put it down as the subject matter is explained in an interesting manner. Everyday I looked forward to reading this book at the end of the day. Each chakra is explained with so much details. The approach of the author is that of a scientist, going step by step, and making sense on every step of the way. The author also shares his own experience wherever it is relevant. If you want to embark on spiritual journey, but have some questions, you may get answers to those questions in this book. You will find theoretical information as well as practices for awakening each chakra. You may also refer to another book by the same publication named 'systematic course in yog and kriya', which is kind of an encyclopedia of spiritual practices and kriyas. I have a printed version of Kundalini Tantra and have studied it twice. When I noticed that kindle version is rated lowly, I couldn't help myself but write a review based on my experience with this book. This book deserves more than 5 stars. Highly dangerous and misleading book...By Pavla SnopkovaKundalini awakening is snake awakening...not only saints can awakening kundalini...I believe the author...Satyananda exposed is just a tip of iceberg...of what the school is doing...few asanas per day is all that is needed...the rest no...Kundalini awakening leads to high brain damage and preparation means to willingly undergo incredible filth...waste consumption being one of them...even though not mentioned in the book...one needs guru to tell him there is nothing wrong with it...I was spiritual consort of Niranjan...the most prominent of the school at his own offer and request and could not get rid of him...Does one inspire to become mass murderer like him? He saw nothing wrong with that...he saw nothing wrong with deciding lives of people who had nothing to do with the school ...all potential of kundalini...inheritance...mind control and agreeing with whatever he would ask...I thought of giving all to him! Even though he caused nothing but damage...strange no?Might be the reason the book is so popular...now available in Kindle...very convenient...I read the book many times and practiced...nothing but fraud...if one reaches those high realms ....does he know he should not murder? Snake says you can...this highly evolved snake...fed with filth of all kind...no brain remains...just do as told...Satsangi was conducting blackest rites with her guru...rites that involved ritual killing of small children...she had awakened kundalini? She saw nothing wrong with that? Judged all at the international court...executed for crimes against humanity...This is what I call meaningful life...
