COVID-19 TESTING SITES EAST SAN JOSE
Santa Clara County Fairgrounds 344 Tully Road, San Jose, CA 95111 Lot A across from the Main Entrance Tuesday through Friday (12:00pm – 6:30pm) and Saturday (9:00am – 3:00pm)
Appointments will be open for scheduling 5 days before the testing date.
Results will be delivered electronically via Healthvana. Patients will be notified by email or text when test results are ready – usually in 2 to 4 days.
If your test is positive for COVID-19, you will also be contacted by Public Health with instructions on what to do next and how long to stay isolated from others. Make sure the phone number you provided our staff is accurate and please answer calls from numbers you might not recognize.

If your test is positive, you will be contacted by phone within 72 hours. If your test is negative, you will be contacted within 2-4 days by email. If you did not provide an email at registration, your results with be mailed to you and will arrive within 7-10 days.

OptumServe Testing Sites at James Lick High School 2951 Alum Rock Avenue, San Jose, CA 95127 Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 am – 7:00pm
Appointments can be made in English and Spanish by calling 1-888-634-1123 or visiting lhi.care/covidtesting. People who test at one of the OptumServe testing sites will receive their test results through the online portal within one week. OptumServe testing sites are open to individuals 12 years old and over.
