Thursday 29th July To be held at “The Glen “ Doors 6.00pm Christ Church Summer Quiz. Meal at 6.30, Quiz to follow. Bar and raffle. Prizes needed please. Maximum of 4 members in each team. Tickets (now available) £10 each. Helpers needed. Please let us have raffle prizes as soon as possible. Due to the current Covid situation we will let those who have bought tickets know if it becomes necessary to cancel and refund money etc etc etc

Thanks to our hard-working social Committee -There will be two fund raising events each month. Hopefully a Car Boot Sale in August and some evening talks yet to be arranged.

Saturday 4th September we hope will have a Bells and Brass concert at Christ Church. Everything is subject to change in these uncharted times. We have cancelled bell practice for the time being, therefore the date of the concert may need to be postponed

Hopefully our Pet Service will be August 22nd ,

The Great Big Green Week will be the biggest event for climate and nature that the United Kingdom has ever seen. Thousands of events will celebrate how communities are taking action to tackle climate change, protect green spaces and to encourage others to become involved. The will be supporting this initiative through a series of events ranging from Fairtrade meals to lectures. . As part of their distinctive contribution churches are encouraged to mark this on
