Municipality of Anchorage 2021 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Published by the Anchorage Daily News DELINQUENT REAL PROPERTY TAXES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2020 AND PRIOR YEARS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE The Municipality of Anchorage petitioned the Superior Court for a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure pursuant to Alaska Statute 29.45. The Municipality filed the petition on March 10, 2021 in the Superior Court, Third Judicial District in the State of Alaska for delinquent real property taxes and/or special assessments for the year 2020 and prior years in the Municipality of Anchorage, including a certified copy of the real property foreclosure list attached to the petition identified as Exhibit A. The foreclosure list includes the last known owner as it appears in the latest tax roll of the Municipality records; property description; years and amounts delinquent; penalty, interest and cost due to the Municipality. The foreclosure list is available for public review at the Clerk’s Office in City Hall: 632 West 6th Avenue, Anchorage; Real Estate Services: 4700 Elmore Road, Anchorage, and Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility, Finance Division, Special Assessments: 3000 Arctic Boulevard, Anchorage. Any person under AS 29.45.370 having an interest in a parcel on the foreclosure list may file an answer within 30 days after the date of the last publication, which is March 31, 2021, specifying the objection. The court will enter a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure against each parcel for which no answer is filed and against each parcel for which the defenses and objections stated in the answer are found to be insufficient. The foreclosed real properties, upon the Judgment and Decree, constitutes a transfer to the Municipality for the lien amount. The real properties transferred are held for at least one year and may be redeemed during the one year redemption period. During the redemption period a party having an interest may redeem it by paying the lien amount, penalties, interest and costs, including cost under AS 29.45.440(a). Properties not redeemed by the expiration of the redemption period shall be deeded to the Municipality by the Clerk of the Court and every right or interest of a person in the properties will be forfeited forever to the Municipality pursuant to AS 29.45.440. th ***DEADLINE TO PAY MAY 7 2021 BY 5:00 PM*** PAYMENTS MADE AFTER APRIL 16, 2021 MUST BE PAID BY GUARANTEED FUNDS: CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER(S). PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS OR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The delinquent balance is valid through March 31, 2021, thereafter, an updated balance will be required.     Computer Engineering 2007 Mekelweg 4, 2628 CD Delft The Netherlands http://ce.et.tudelft.nl/ MSc THESIS Communication-centric Debugging of Systems on Chip using Networks on Chip Siddharth Umrani Abstract The rapid technology scaling i.e. shrinking feature size means that a large number of components can be integrated on a single Integrated Chip (IC). This increased complexity translates into an increase in design e®ort and also potentially more design errors. Thus changes are required in the system-on-chip development which will reduce both design e®ort and design errors. To reduce design e®ort, a mod- ular design methodology which promotes reuse of already designed IP cores rather than the design of IP cores themselves is used. Thus the complexity of such a chip is resident in communication between these cores rather than in the computation taking place in them. The shriking feature size also introduces Deep Sub-Micron (DSM) e®ects in on-chip interconnect wires. Networks on chip have since evolved as a promising new type of interconnect which have the potential to alleviate these shortcomings. E®ective debug aids in fast and accurate detection of majority of the CE-MS-2007-11 errors that may be present in the design thus reducing the number of iterations in the design cycle (and e®ectively the time to market). Traditional debug is core-based, where each of the IP cores in a SoC are the locus of debug actions.
