What Are False Flag Operations? Why Understanding 9/11 is Crucial to Our Future Vers. 13 by Ian Woods, Publisher/Editor Global Outlook www.GlobalOutlook.ca Wolfe Hall – London Public Library Wednesday February 17, 2010 7:00 pm THE BILLING ~ As most Canadians realize, the issue of 9/11 and what really happened that day is far from settled. With the mainstream media in deep denial over the evidence brought forward by scores of respected scientists, engineers, architects, and even military and intelligence officers, the burden has fallen on nonofficial bodies to bring the evidence into public view. Mr. Woods will present 26 major anomalies that undermine the official story. He will make it abundantly clear in his review of the evidence that no “theories” are involved. The fairy tale of 19 crazed Muslim/Arab hijackers allegedly flying four commercial aircraft for 1-3/4 hours without the US Air Force firing a shot is now known as the “official conspiracy theory.” It has more holes in it than a Swiss cheese. With far more expertise to back up his claims than any media outlet can boast, Ian Woods examines the anatomy of 10 “false flag” attacks that changed history and acted as precedents for what really happened on the morning of September 11 2001. Our sad history of bogus terrorism and endless wars of hegemony and resource theft will continue until the public demands and gets a full investigation. INTRO ~ Good evening everyone. Thank you George for your kind introduction. Thank you all the members of Citizen’s Inquest for putting on this event. Our topic this evening is: 1. Why Understanding 9/11 is Crucial to Our Future I’m going to be referencing Global Outlook’s latest Issue 13 this evening. Those of you who wish to can get more details on this topic at the Global Outlook table in the lobby. 1 2. This evening we’ll take a look at 26 major anomalies that plague the official story of what the government said happened on 9/11. We’ll examine a lot of “evidence” that’s been ignored by the White House, the 9/11 Commission and the mainstream media. 26 MAJOR ANOMALIES [same as # XX below] 3. Next, I’ll be showing you 10 similar events that have changed history and may have acted as “precedents” for 9/11. 10 WAR PRETEXT INCIDENTS [same as # XX below] 4. Then, we’ll discuss “Why Understanding 9/11 is Crucial to Our Future” Let’s start by examining the narrative they call “the Official Story” of 9/11. Here’s a concise summary: [26 MAJOR ANOMALIES OF 9/11] “19 Muslim/Arab fanatics who were funded and trained by al Qaeda and directed by Osama Bin Laden, from a cave in Afghanistan, hijacked four commercial airliners with knives and box cutters on September 11, 2001. “They took the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) completely by surprise, flying two of them into the Twin Towers. “As a result, WTC Towers 1 & 2 collapsed (within two hours of being hit) in a “pancake” fashion due to structural failure caused by the crashing planes and ensuing fires. “The third plane hit the Pentagon and disappeared ... into the building. “As did the fourth plane that crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, which disappeared into a field. 2 “Later that day Building 7 collapsed due to structural failure caused by falling debris and fires. “The 9/11 Commission found that there were no prior warnings for this ‘act of terrorism.’ “And that multiple US government intelligence failures were to blame.” Let’s dissect the official story and see if it stands up to some of the other evidence that has been discovered since 9/11. “19 Muslim/Arab fanatics 1. Who were these guys? Devout Muslims intent on meeting their maker and being rewarded for their good deeds with 72 virgins in Heaven? Well certainly not all of them. Because several of them, including the ringleader Mohamed Atta, reportedly frequented strip clubs and paid for lap dances in the days and weeks leading up to 9/11– hardly the behavior of devout Muslims. If you’ll recall, the Bush administration said, at first, they had no idea who the attackers were. They’d been taken completely by surprise. But within 24 hours they had pinpointed all 19 suspects plus Osama bin Laden and broadcasted their pictures far and wide, for everyone to see. That was pretty quick, when you think they had no idea who the culprits were in the first place. Or did they? It turns out these guys were being tracked by the FBI, the CIA and military intelligence. If you Google “Able Danger” you’ll find out all about that. Whistleblower Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer and others in the Pentagon’s “Able Danger” team informed a Congressional committee about that. But how many of us heard about it? Of the 19, 15 of them were known troublemakers who were deliberately allowed to enter the USA by the CIA who were working at a US consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. How can we tell? Michael J. Springmann blew the whistle on the “Visas for Terrorists Program” that let them in. 3 After 9/11, he phoned the FBI over and over again, but to no avail. Mr. Springmann's statements contradict the 9/11 Commission's statement that the alleged hijackers “received little or no assistance from the United States.” (page 56 of the report). At least five of them may have trained at US military bases, as reported in Newsweek. The names of the so-called hijackers never appeared on any passenger manifests that were released by the airline companies. And according to the British press, half a dozen of the alleged 9/11 “suicide hijackers” were still alive, that is if you believe the BBC and The Guardian. How is that possible? And if they are still alive, why haven’t US officials removed their names from the list of 9/11 suspects? They were funded and trained by al Qaeda 2. If you do some digging around you find out that one of the 9/11 Money Men was Lt. General Mahmoud Ahmad (who turns out was Pakistan’s Director-General of Intelligence). He orchestrated the transfer of $100,000 to ringleader Mohamed Atta just prior to September 11. What’s interesting about that is, at the time of 9/11, Pakistan’s military intelligence was pretty tight with the CIA. That’s why he was visiting members of the Bush administration from September 4th to 13th, 2001 in Washington. If you don’t think so, just ask Senator Bob Graham, or Representative Porter Goss, chairmen of the Senate and House Intelligence committees, who were his hosts at a breakfast meeting on Capitol Hill on the morning of the attacks. Now here’s an interesting fact. What do you think the 9/11 Commission reported about that?“To date, the US government has not been able to determine the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks. Ultimately the question is of little practical significance.” Little practical significance?! 4 They were directed by Osama Bin Laden, from a cave in Afghanistan, 3. On the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, you’ll see that even though Osama is listed as one of the Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives (with ties to the US embassy bombings in Africa back in 1998) there’s no mention of 9/11. Why? Because according to FBI spokesman, Rex Tomb, “the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Osama Bin Laden to 9/11.” And yet the White House blames him for orchestrating the attacks. Don’t they believe the FBI? GOOD GRAPHIC NEEDED 4. Osama was reportedly receiving kidney dialysis at the American Hospital in Dubia in July 2001. According to the Times of India, the CIA station chief visited him in hospital. CARTOON GRAPHIC NEEDED One day before 9/11 (that is on September 10, 2001) guess where Osama was? In a Pakistani army hospital in Rawalpindi, at least if you can believe Dan Rather of CBS news. hijacked four commercial airliners with knives and box cutters. 5. What evidence has the US government actually provided to prove that 19 Arabs hijacked the 4 commercial passenger planes on 9/11? a. A passport found at Ground Zero; how could a paper passport have survived that inferno? b. Video clips at various airport terminals; why didn’t their names appear on the manifests? c. Atta’s will (and other incriminating evidence) found in Atta’s unloaded baggage; Why would you pack your will on a trip to martyrdom? d. A passport and red bandana found at Shanksville’s United 93 crash site; How could those items survive the crash when everything else disappeared into the hole? 5 e. A series of bin Laden ‘confession tapes’ and ‘warnings of future attacks’ after 9/11. Why does Osama appear to have a broader nose, and look so different now? CONFESSION TAPE GRAPHIC NEEDED f. Around 40 phone calls from the airliners, including the famous one from Barbara Olson; All but two of those calls were dismissed as real at the Zacharias Moussaoui trial in 2006 Professor Kee Dewdney, who is one of the hosts here tonight, did some groundbreaking work on that topic, proving that cellphone calls over 8,000 feet back in 2001 were next to impossible. The phone calls to relatives were all probably faked using voice morphing technology.) 6. None of the four airliners transmitted the simple hijack code pilots use when their plane is being hijacked.

A HOOVER INSTITUTION ESSAY Cyberattack Attribution as Empowerment and Constraint KRISTEN E. EICHENSEHR Aegis Series Paper No. 2101 Introduction When a state seeks to defend itself against a cyberattack, must it first identify the perpetrator responsible? The US policy of “defend forward” and “persistent engagement” in cyberspace raises the stakes of this attribution question as a matter of both international and domestic law. International law addresses in part the question of when attribution is required. The international law on state responsibility permits a state that has suffered an internationally wrongful act to take countermeasures, but only against the state responsible. This limitation implies that attribution is a necessary prerequisite to countermeasures. But international Law and Technology, Security, National law is silent about whether attribution is required for lesser responses, which may be more common. Moreover, even if states agree that attribution is required in order to take countermeasures, ongoing disagreements about whether certain actions, especially violations of sovereignty, count as internationally wrongful acts are likely to spark disputes about when states must attribute cyberattacks in order to respond lawfully. Under domestic US law, attributing a cyberattack to a particular state bolsters the authority of the executive branch to take action. Congress has authorized the executive to respond to attacks from particular countries and nonstate actors in both recent cyber-specific statutory provisions and the

Since it came to prominence during the 2014 Gamergate controversy,1 this loosely- defined, puzzling movement has achieved mainstream recognition and has been the subject of discussion by journalists and scholars alike. Although the movement is notoriously difficult to define, a few overarching themes can be delineated: unequivocal rejections of immigration and multiculturalism among most, if not all, alt- right subgroups; an intense criticism of feminism, in particular within the manosphere community, which itself is divided into several clans with different goals and subcultures (men’s rights activists, Men Going Their Own Way, pick-up artists, incels).2 Demographically speaking, an overwhelming majority of alt-righters are white heterosexual males, one of the major social categories who feel dispossessed and resentful, as pointed out as early as in the mid-20th century by Daniel Bell, and more recently by Michael Kimmel (Angry White Men 2013) and Dick Howard (Les Ombres de l’Amérique 2017).

  • Indian False Flag Operations
Center for Global & Strategic Studies Islamabad INDIAN FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS By Mr. Tauqir – Member Advisory Board CGSS Terminology and Genealogy The term false flag has been used symbolically and it denotes the purposeful misrepresentation of an actor’s objectives or associations. The lineage of this term is drawn from maritime affairs where ships raise a false flag to disguise themselves and hide their original identity and intent. In this milieu, the false flag was usually used by pirates to conceal themselves as civilian or merchant ships and to prevent their targets from escaping away or to stall them while preparing for a battle. In other cases, false flags of ships were raised to blame the attack on someone else. A false flag operation can be defined as follows: “A covert operation designed to deceive; the deception creates the appearance of a particular party, group, or nation being responsible for some activity, disguising the actual source of responsibility.” These operations are purposefully carried out to deceive public about the culprits and perpetrators. This phenomenon has become a normal practice in recent years as rulers often opt for this approach to justify their actions. It is also used for fabrication and fraudulently accuse or allege in order to rationalize the aggression. Similarly, it is a tool of coercion which is often used to provoke or justify a war against adversaries. In addition, false flag operations could be a single event or a series of deceptive incidents materializing a long-term strategy. A primary modern case of such operations was accusation on Iraqi President Saddam Hussain for possessing weapons of mass-destruction ‘WMD’, which were not found after NATO forces, waged a war on Iraq.

Frank Baum, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (1900) Tactical Diversions are the literal equivalent of a magician’s sleight of hand trick. With one hand the magician diverts the attention of the observer to a specific hand whilst with the other hand they manipulate a certain item or situation so as to create the illusion of magic, a super natural occurrence. In other words, a tactical diversion serves to distract attention elsewhere so that the mind is tricked and deceived into believing that an illusionary occurrence represents some new form of an unknown reality. “Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what every man wishes, that he also believes to be true.” ― Demosthenes, Greek Statesman (384 BC - 322 BC) A False Flag Distraction works like and harnesses the elements of a tactical diversion however its primary purpose is to divert attention away from what the true perpetrator has done (or is about to do) so as to blame a negative occurrence onto another. The real intent of the False Flag Distraction (or operation) is to psychologically and/or politically disempower the reality of perception so as to establish a negative belief or narrative (someone or something is wrong, bad or evil) about a person, organization, government or country so as to justify within the patriotic or group mind of society, a rationalized reaction toward this new view point or newly defined enemy (“enemy” means “not friend”).

OHIO STATE LAW JOURNAL VOLUME 66, NUMBER 1, 2005 Beyond Reparations: An American Indian Theory of Justice WILLIAM BRADFORD* It is perhaps impossible to overstate the magnitude of the human injustice perpetrated againstAmerican Indianpeople: indeed, the severity and duration of the harms endured by the original inhabitants of the US. may well rival those suffered by any other group past or present, domestic or international. While financialreparations for certainpast transgressionsmay be appropriateto some groups and situations, the historical and ongoing injustices committed against Indians living within the US. cannot be adequately understood in material terms. Although in recent decades various models of justice have been proposed in respect of a series of gross human injustices, incomplete and even erroneous understandingsof the nature of Indian claims and an overly narrow conception of the potential parameters of remedial justice render these approachesineffectual. This Article presents a alternative theory of justice, termed "Justice as Indigenism" (JAI). As applied JAI commits its practitioners to a sequential process consisting of seven distinct stages: acknowledgment, apology, peacemaking, commemoration, compensation, land restoration, legal reformation, and reconciliation. JAI advances the frontiers of thinking about justice on behalf of Indians in that its normative mission is not the award of materialcompensation or the attribution of blame but ratherthe ultimate healing of the American and Indian nations and the joint authorship
