All changes in that affect a Saskatchewan corporation’s registration in British Columbia, must be made online at the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry in order to notify the BC Registry Services of the filing if that corporation is registered in British Columbia.

If a Saskatchewan corporation is (or is being) registered in British Columbia, all changes that affect a Saskatchewan corporation’s registration in British Columbia, must be made online at the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry in order to notify the BC Registry Services of a change in Saskatchewan.

This will give you access to online filing and to your account (if you have one) or to creating a new account. If you have to pay a fee, you can use a credit card. If you plan on using this service frequently, you may want to create an account that has an amount on deposit from which any requisite fees will be drawn.

Unlike with the other NWPTA Partners, the Saskatchewan corporate registry does not provide forms. All filings are done directly online.

There is no fee to make the online filings below, save and except when a name search or name reservation are involved. Online filings with respect to the following changes may be made through the Saskatchewan website above: (a) the reinstatement of the extraprovincial registration in BC of a Saskatchewan corporation which had its registration cancelled by the BC corporate registry; (b) changes respecting extraprovincial company: • the address of the head office; • the home jurisdiction or; • identifying number; • of a Saskatchewan corporation extra-provincially registered in BC; (c) the name change under which the Saskatchewan corporation is extraprovincially registered in BC; (d) changes to attorney information: • the appointment of an attorney; • the change of address of attorney; • revocation of appointment of attorney; • the resignation of the attorney for service in BC of a Saskatchewan corporation

extraprovincially registered in BC; (e) the Saskatchewan extraprovincial company ceasing to carry on business in BC and to request that its registration in BC be cancelled; (f) the cancellation or change in the assumed name of a Saskatchewan corporation. Note: In the case of a cancellation, the corporation would use its own name in BC; (g) correct some types of information in a record that was filed with the Registrar by a Saskatchewan corporation extraprovincially registered in BC.
