Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission Recommendations Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission – Next Steps

PL2 recommends a Darwin pilot redevelopment and a regional pilot redevelopment • Identify potential sites that might support redevelopment by the Community Housing Sector, noting that the opportunity will not be limited to these sites. • An Expression of Interest (EoI) process will be carried out in July for both the Darwin redevelopment and the regional redevelopment. • The sector will be encouraged to put forward ideas to realise these redevelopment opportunities. • EoI responses will be assessed, including feasibility studies. These responses will inform the next stage, which maybe a RFP process, or direct negotiation. Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission Recommendations
