The importance of the area is furthermore underlined by the occurrence of +AE:<D:) K>?9:= and -I9B:M>:) OI:K=>9IDE;:=>:, two species protected by the Fauna-Flora-Habitat directive of the EU. An ecological analysis underlines the particular importance of the sandy dune system and halophytic depression for Lepidoptera. Bed of reeds and hygrophilous to xerophilous grassland add to the overall diversity. Recent afforestations probably will improve the importance of woody plants. Biogeographically, species which are widely distributed in Eurasia and/or North America or which are even cosmopolitan cover about 72% of the inventory. -

Nieuwe En Interessante Microlepidoptera Uit Nederland, Voornamelijk in 1984 (Lepidoptera)
ENTOMOLOGISCHE BERICHTEN, DEEL 46, 1.X.1986 137 Nieuwe en interessante Microlepidoptera uit Nederland, voornamelijk in 1984 (Lepidoptera) door K. J. HUISMAN, J. H. KÜCHLEIN, E. J. van NIEUKERKEN, H. W. van der WOLF, J. B. WOLSCHRIJN & C. GIELIS ABSTRACT. — New and interesting Microlepidoptera from the Netherlands, mainly in 1984. The following species are recorded here for the first time from the Netherlands: Trifurcu- la maxima Klimesch, Leucospilapteryx omissella (Stainton), Argyresthia (Blastotere) trifasciata (Staudinger), Teleiodes wagae (Nowicki), Chionodes tragicella (Heyden), Gelechia muscosella Zeller, Epinotia thapsiana (Zeller) and Celypha rosaceana (Schläger). Monochroa niphognatha Gozmany has also been recorded for the first time, but was misidentified previously in our country as M. tetragonella Stainton. The first authentic Dutch specimen of the latter species is recorded here now. Bucculatrix antispilella Spuler is removed from the Dutch list. The known distributions of five Tineidae in the Netherlands are mapped on UTM-grid maps. -

Check List of Slovenian Microlepidoptera
Prejeto / Received: 14.6.2010 Sprejeto / Accepted: 19.8.2010 Check list of Slovenian Microlepidoptera Tone LESAR(†), Marijan GOVEDIČ1 1 Center za kartografijo favne in flore, Klunova 3, SI-1000 Ljubljana; e-mail: [email protected] Abstract. A checklist of the Microlepidoptera species recorded in Slovenia is presented. Each entry is accompanied by complete references, and remarks where appropriate. Until now, the data on Microlepidopteran fauna of Slovenia have not been compiled, with the existing information scattered in literature, museums and private collections throughout Europe. The present checklist is based on records extracted from 290 literature sources published from 1763 (Scopoli) to present. In total, 1645 species from 56 families are listed. Keywords: Microlepidoptera, checklist, Slovenia, fauna Izvleček.
