3. Personnel requesting exceptions to this policy must submit written justification no later than seven days prior to the visitor's scheduled departure date. Final approval authority for extensions is the COMNAVBASE Operations Officer.

4. All visitors must be in good health. Visits by chronically ill or persons with a history of medical problems are prohibited.

5. Visits by women beyond the twenty-ninth week of pregnancy are prohibited.

6. Women less than six weeks postpartum and infants less than six-weeks of age may be approved if considered medically sound. Written certification from a medical officer or civilian physician is required to be submitted with the Visitor Pass Request.

7. Visitors are prohibited from participating in RandR trips.

8. Visitors may reside in the Navy Lodge.
