Dr. Abdullah KAYA Şubat, 2016, 116 sayfa Bu çalışma Nurdağı (Gaziantep) yöresinde yetişen makromantarlar üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2013-2015 yılları arasında periyodik olarak bölgede gerçekleştirilen arazi çalışmaları sonucunda 640 makromantar örneği toplanmıştır. Laboratuvar ortamına getirilen örnekler kurutularak fungaryum materyali haline getirilmiş, gerekli teşhis işlemleri sonucunda 7 sınıf, 13 takım, 43 familya ve 91 cinse ait 133 tür tanımlanmıştır. Belirlenen türlerden 52 tanesi Ascomycota, 81 tanesi ise Basidiomycota bölümüne aittir. Tespit edilen taksonlardan 23 tanesi, Ascobolus crenulatus P. Prof. Dr. Abdullah KAYA February, 2016, 116 pages This study was carried out on the macrofungi growing in Nurdağı (Gaziantep) district. 640 macrofungi samples were collected during field trips between 2013-2015. Ecological properties were noted and they were photographed at their natural habitats. The samples are transferred to the lab and they were dried and prepared as fungarium materials. As a result of necessary identification processes, 133 taxa belonging to 7 classsis, 13 orders, 43 families, 91 genera were determined. Fifty two of them belong to Ascomycota and 81 belong to Basidiomycota. Twenty three, Ascobolus crenulatus P. Karst., Ascobolus immersus Pers., Saccobolus glaber (Pers.) Keywords: Macrofungus, Taxonomy, Nurdağı, Gaziantep ii ÖN SÖZ Biyoçeşitliliğin en önemli bileşenlerinden birini oluşturan mantarlar geleneksel olarak uzun bir süre bitkiler alemi içinde yer almış ve 1969’dan sonra bitki ve hayvanlardan farklı olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Günümüzde ayrı bir alem olarak ele alınan bu canlı grubunun insanlarla olan etkileşimi insanoğlunun doğuşu ile başlamıştır. Makromantarların insanların dikkatini çekmesi, yemeklik olarak kullanılmalarından dolayı ve zehirli mantarların sebep olduğu ölümler sonucunda olmuştur. Mantarlar gıda olarak kullanılmalarının yanısıra tıbbi amaçlıda kullanılmaktadır. Yine çok eski yıllarda insanlar halüsinojenik etki gösteren mantarları dini törenlerinde ve eğlence dünyalarında kullanmışlardır. Bütün dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de makromantar biyoçeşitliliğinin belirlenmesi amacıyla birçok çalışma yürütülmüş, bazıları da halen yürütülmektedir. Henüz makromantar çeşitliliği bakımından çalışılmamış birçok bölge vardır ve Türkiye mikotası henüz tamamlanamamıştır. Bu kapsamda, Nurdağı yöresinin makromantarlarının belirlenmesine yönelik gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma, bölge insanının bilgilendirilmesi, makromantar çeşitliliğinin belirlenmesi ve ülkemiz makromikotasına katkı sağlamak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mycosphere 6(1), 19–42, Doi 10.5943/mycosphere/6/1/4 Abstract A study of diversity of coprophilous species of Conocybe was carried out in Punjab state of India during the years 2007 to 2011. This research paper represents 22 collections belonging to 16 Conocybe species growing on five diverse dung types. The species include Conocybe albipes, C. apala, C. brachypodii, C. crispa, C. fuscimarginata, C. lenticulospora, C. leucopus, C. magnicapitata, C. microrrhiza var. coprophila var. nov., C. moseri, C. rickenii, C. subpubescens, C. subxerophytica var. subxerophytica, C. subxerophytica var. brunnea, C. uralensis and C. velutipes. For all these taxa, dung types on which they were found growing are mentioned and their distinctive characters are described and compared with similar taxa along with a key for their identification. The taxonomy of ten taxa is discussed along with the drawings of morphological and anatomical features. Conocybe microrrhiza var. coprophila is proposed as a new variety. Seasonal distribution, habitat and resource preferences are discussed. Keywords: Fungi, ecology, biodiversity, conservation, grassland INTRODUCTION Hedger & George (2004) published a list of 108 taxa of fungi found on Lundy during a five-day survey carried out in October 2003. They also included in this paper the records of 95 species of fungi made from 1970 onwards, mostly abstracted from the Annual Reports of the Lundy Field Society, and found that their own survey had added 70 additional records, giving a total of 156 taxa. They concluded that further surveys would undoubtedly add to the database, especially since the autumn of 2003 had been exceptionally dry, and as a consequence the fruiting of the larger fleshy fungi on Lundy, especially the grassland species, had been very poor, resulting in under-recording. Further five-day surveys were therefore carried out each year from 2004-08, three in the autumn, 8-12 November 2004, 4-9 November 2007, 3-11 November 2008, one in winter, 23-27 January 2006 and one in spring, 9-16 April 2005.

Mycosphere 9(2), 169–177, Doi 10.5943/mycosphere/9/2/1 Abstract Geodina salmonicolor sp. nov., a new neotropical / equatorial discomycetes of the genus Geodina, is here described and illustrated. The discovery of this new entity allowed us to propose another species of Geodina, until now a monospecific genus, and produce the first 28S rDNA genetic data, which supports this species is related to genus Wynnea in the Sarcoscyphaceae. Key-words – 1 new species – Ascomycota – Sarcoscyphaceae – Sub-tropical zone Caribbeans – Taxonomy Introduction A study started more than 10 years ago in the area of Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) by one of the authors allowed us to identify several interesting fungal species, both Basidiomycota and Ascomycota. Angelini & Medardi (2012) published a first report of ascomycetes in which 12 lignicolous species including discomycetes and pyrenomycetes were described and illustrated in detail, also delineating the physical and botanical characteristics of the research area.
