Indictments Returned on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 By the February, 2018 Term of the Berkeley County Grand Jury
MARTINSBURG, WV – On February 20, 2018, the February 2018 term of Grand Jury was convened at the Berkeley County Judicial Center. Grand Jury deliberations are expected to last through Thursday. On Tuesday, the Grand Jury returned indictments against the following individuals, who are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty:
DONALD DAVID BARRETT, age 36, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Embezzlement.
JORDAN W. BUTTS, age 31, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin and Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Deliver Heroin.
BRIAN CLIFTON CLARK, age 19, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with two counts of Robbery 1st Degree, two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, and two counts of Use of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony Offense.
CHRISTOPHER TYSON COOK, age 34, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with three counts of Felony Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
LEVAR GLENWOOD CRAWFORD, age 40, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with two counts of Distribution of Heroin, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.
LIONEL DAVIS, age 40, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Third Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While License Revoked for DUI.
ERIC DONALDSON, JR., age 24, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with three counts of Conspiracy, two Distribution of Heroin, and Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin.
MATTHEW D. FOUCH, age 32, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Burglary, Second Offense Driving Under the Influence, Driving While License Revoked for DUI, and Destruction of Property.
HEATHER NICOLE GRIM, age 28, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with two counts of Distribution of Heroin.
HEATHER DAWN HILLIARD, age 36, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin and Distribution of Heroin.
MAUDE BERNICE JOHNSON, age 44, of no fixed address, was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl and Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine.
LATEEF J. MCGANN, age 27, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Escape, Misdemeanor Destruction of Property and Petit Larceny.
STEPHANIE ANN MILLER, age 34, of Winchester, Virginia, was charged with Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Distribute Heroin and Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin.
SHASTA COLLEEN MYERS, age 27, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with three counts of Conspiracy, Distribution of Heroin, and Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin.
MICHAEL SHAE PALMER, age 21, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was was charged with two counts of Robbery 1st Degree, two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, and two counts of Use of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony Offense.
MICHELLE LYNN PUGH, age 22, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with three counts of Conspiracy to Distribute Alprazolam and two counts of Distribution of Alprazolam.
TIFFANY ANN SHIFLET, age 28, of Falling Waters, West Virginia, was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin and Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Deliver Heroin.
NORMAN EUGENE TASSONE, age 20, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Deliver MDMA, Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Receiving or Transferring Stolen Property, and Carrying a Deadly Weapon without Provisional License or Other Authorization by a Person Under Twenty-one Years of Age.
DANIEL THOMPSON, age 51, of Millville, West Virginia, was charged with Manufacture of Marijuana.
MATTHEW T. TURNER, age 29, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, and Conspiracy.
CLIFFORD WHEELER, age 58, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with three counts of Distribution of Heroin and Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin.
ROBERT WHITE, age 52, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with two counts of Distribution of Heroin.
All charges contained in the above-referenced indictments are merely accusations and not evidence of guilt. Each defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
