I am Howard Simmons and I chair the meeting. My colleague will say a few words. MR TESSIER: My name is Gerald Tessier. I am the leader of the Boundary Commission team here supporting Howard, the Assistant Commissioner. For those who were not here yesterday, I have a few words of housekeeping. If you hear that alarm again, it means there is a fire and you should converge outside Boots. If you need toilets, they are just down in that corridor (indicating).
