Fliway Transport Limited PO Box 73011 Auckland Airport Manukau 2150 Phone: +64 9 255 4600 21 January 2021 RE: Network Congestion Dear Valued Customer, On the back of recent unseasonably high volumes, we have our highest ever volume of deliveries in the transport network today. Nationally, we are currently at a position of 2.09 days of freight within the network (an increase on yesterday’s 1.87 days). The branch network remains very heavily congested. We thank you for your patience as we continue to clear the backlog, delivering the oldest consignments first where possible. Please also note the upcoming Public Holidays and Regional Anniversary Days, which will have an impact on our warehouse and transport operations. Branches in the respective regions will be closed for deliveries.
