Bed Parts – e.g. or frames Books that are Not Accepted – Encyclopedias, magazines, newspapers, any books NOT related to Japan or Japanese American culture and history e.g. Chevrolet history book Electronics – e.g. cameras, laptops, televisions, stereos, peripheral equipment Flammable Products – Any items that operate or contain gasoline or fuel e.g. stoves, heaters Furniture not of Japanese origin – e.g. couches, tables, office furniture Hazardous Products – Any item that poses a hazard to health e.g. batteries, paints, cleaning products Heavily Damaged Items – e.g. picture frames with shattered glass, chipped bowls, punctured artwork, heavily soiled clothing Ivory – Any item that is made of or includes ivory Japanese American Historical Items – e.g. camp furniture, camp jewelry, immigration documentation Office Supplies – e.g. binders, paper, pencils, folders (unique Japanese items accepted) VHS – Any VHS equipment or video cassette – e.g. bats, swords, large knifes

If we accept an item but are not able to sell it, then the JCCCW pays the price to dispose of it.
