Dear Sirs,

This is in reference to the Scheme filed by the Company with National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE"), under Application No.23250, on February 21, 2020 and subsequent hosting of the said Scheme along with other relevant documents by NSE on its website on March 9, 2020.

As per Para I(A)(6) of Annexure I to the SEBI Circular no. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21 dated March 10, 2017, the Company is required to submit a "Report on Complaints" containing the details of complaints/comments received by the Company on the Draft Scheme from various sources, within 7 days of expiry of 21 days from the date of filing of the Scheme with the Exchanges and hosting of the same on its website.

The period of 21 days from the hosting of said documents by the NSE on its website expired on March 30, 2020, accordingly, we attach herewith a "Report on Complaints", as "Annexure A" to this letter.

You are requested to take this on record and issue your NOC at the earliest.
