1. General information and the figures for investor
Koniatyn village territorial community is situated on the right bank of White Cheremosh river, Putyla urban-type settelment.

2. Natural, geographical and climate conditions
Koniatyn lies on the right bank of the White Cheremosh river, 20 km from the district center, 46 km from the railway station Vyzhnytsia. In addition, a highway crosses the village. The climate is temperate continental. The average January temperature is minus 10.8 ° С, July - plus 15.2 ° С. The period with a temperature of more than plus 10 ° C is 150 days. The amount of precipitation is 800-840 mm per year, the main part (70%) of them fall in the summer. Snow cover height equals 27 cm and is rather stable. The administrative centre of the Koniatyn united territorial community (UTC) is Koniatyn village. Forests are the largest natural riches and potential of Koniatyn UTC.

3. Education, healthcare, culture and leisure activities
On the territory of Koniatyn united territorial community operate: - 4 pre-school educational institutions with 153 pupils; - 4 general educational institutions with 672 pupils; - 7 healthcare institutions, where 1 doctor and 14 people of nursing staff are working; - 7 libraries with 7 people of staff; - 7 houses of culture with 7 people of staff.

The population of Koniatyn united territorial community is 4929 inhabitants.
5. Transport infrastructure
The administrative center of the community is the village of Koniatyn,which is situated 117 km far from the regional centre Chernivtsi and 20 km far from district center Putyla. The distance to the nearest railway station Vyzhnytsia is 46 km.

The Koniatyn community is located in the Bukovyna Carpathians at the altitude of over 500 meters above the sea level and has all the prerequisites for tourism development - an ecologically friendly environment, rapid mountain rivers as well as wooded mountains. In addition, in the 1990's Konyatin arose in one of the largest fairs in the district, which may also be of interest for tourists; traditional folk crafts are Easter eggs, weaving and embroidery. In the middle of the 1940s, the first timberwall was organized on the territory of Koniatyn, which was reorganized in the 1950s at the Yablunytsia forest station of the Putyla Forestry Complex, which was engaged in both logging and timber logging, thus the community has a powerful raw material base for the woodworking industry. Also, hydropower is promising for development, in particular, Yablunitsa village with a mini-hydroelectric power station.
7. Community’s achievements
On the territory of the community, under the subvention for the Social- Economic Development Program in 2017, the following projects were implemented: 1. Overhaul (replacement of windows and doors) of Dovgopilska secondary school of I-III degrees. 2. Purchase of music equipment for Iablunyts’ka secondary school of I– II degrees. 3. Overhaul of the premises of Preschool Educational Institution (nursery school) in the village of Iablunets’. 4. Overhaul of the premises of Preschool educational institution (nursery school) of Stebni.
