To redeem your complimentary Carolina Hurricanes game ticket and purchase additional seats, simply follow the instructions below.

• Log into your WCPSS dashboard, click on the link that reads “redeem your code here”, or head directly to the site by visiting www.CanesGroups.com/PowerPlay . • You will need to remember your unique 7-letter unit code also displayed on your dashboard, so write that down now! • Things to know as you get started: • If you wish to sit together, all redemption codes and additional purchased tickets must be requested in the same transaction. • All tickets will be digital and can be accessed using a mobile device on game day. • If you do not have a mobile device available for use, please contact the Carolina Hurricanes Sales department at 1-866-NHL-CANEs (1-866-645-2263) after you have completed your purchase and request that your tickets be left at Will Call, in advance of game day. • Click on the game you would like to attend from the available list of eligible games (see the example below where the March 13 th game vs. Boston Bruins is chosen).

Click on the “Select Seats” button above to choose your seating location. ******* Type in your 7-letter unit code from your dashboard and press the “Validate” button” to unlock your complimentary Power Play ticket. *******

Select the number of additional seats you wish to purchase to complete your group. *******

Select your desired section number to the left to view available rows and seats. Choose your row and seats from the available choices. Now that you have chosen your seating location, you will need to create an account to complete your order. Guest ([email protected])

Enter your credit card information for any additional tickets you may have purchased to complete your transaction. Now that you have completed your transaction, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you used to create your account.

On game day, using your mobile device, retrieve your game tickets by visiting www.Hurricanes.com/CAMMobile , logging into your account, and pressing the “View” tickets button. You are now ready to head straight to the gates. If you have made prior arrangements to have your tickets at Will Call, simply present your photo ID at the PNC Arena Box Office windows to obtain your game tickets.
