Each package will not only include the delectable meal options presented on the following three pages, but we went the extra mile to complete these packages with the below reception necessities.

Five Hour Bar Your bar package will be comprised of Seagrams 7 Whiskey, Jim Beam Bourbon, Lauders Scotch, an array of Pinnacle Vodkas, Bacardi Superior Rum, Seagrams Extra Dry Gin, El Toro Tequila, a variety of Schnapps and mixers, domestic and imported bottled beer, our house wine and fountain soft drinks. Additional hour is $8 per guest.

Champagne Toast It is our pleasure to provide a complimentary champagne toast for the head table

Linens As a close partner with Luxe Event Linen, your will be transformed with your selection of upgraded table linens for your head table, guest tables and cake table. Your gorgeous tables will be perfectly accented with your choice of chair cover and satin napkin. Some restrictions do apply.

Room Rental Your room rental includes our elegant facility along with staff set- up and breakdown of your head table, guest tables, cake table, gift table and any other tables you require to make your day truly yours. Individual place set- tings will be complete with all necessary silverware, glassware and china.

Taxes & Service Charges No need to break out the scientific calculator, your package price already includes 6% sales tax & 20% gratuity.

Golf Cart Escort One of our helpful and knowledgeable staff members will be delighted to escort you and your entire bridal party to our most picturesque course locations to ensure you have stunning photos to remember your most special day.

Day Of Coordinator We want your day to be better than you could ever imagine. To make sure that is exactly what happens, we will provide you with a day of coordinator that will assist you from the beginning of your ceremony until your DJ plays his last song.

In order to provide you with the best and most comprehensive service possible, Great Oaks Country Club is licensed by the State of Michigan to serve alcoholic beverages. It is a violation of this license for any outside alcohol to be brought on premises and can result in license revocation. Please note that if any alcoholic beverages are found that have not been provided by GOCC said beverages with be immediately disposed of and responsible party could be asked to leave.

Additional Room Rentals Great Oaks Country Club is happy to include the room rental charges for all necessary to making your guests comfortable. If you would like to add on an additional space, prices are as follows: Board Room- $250.00 Oak Room- $500.00 Club Room- $750.00

Chiavari Chair Package Upgrade your chair covers to the gorgeous and elegant chiavari chairs. You may choose from silver, gold, mahogany and black complete with seat pad and chair bonnet of your choice. This upgrade is $7.00 per guest with a flat rate delivery fee of $250.00 for receptions of 100 guests or more. A la carte pricing is available for guest counts under 100.

What is Great Oaks’ Deposit Schedule? $2,000.00– Due with signed contract 50% of trial balance– Due one month prior to your event date Final Balance– Due two weeks prior to your event All deposits will be deducted from your final balance

When is my final count due? We will meet two weeks prior to your event to go over all of the final details, changes made after this time may result in an event change fee.

What is your cancelation policy? The cancellation policy for catered events is as follows:

Events cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the event will be subject to cancellation charges equaling 100% of anticipated event revenue.

Events cancelled within 2-3 business days of the event start time will be subject to cancellation charges equaling 90% of the anticipated event revenue.

Events cancelled 4-30 days prior to the event date will be subject to cancellation charges equaling 75% of anticipated event revenue.

Events cancelled 31-90 days prior to the event date will be subject to cancellation charges equaling 50% of anticipated event revenue.

Events cancelled 91 days or more to the event date will be subject to cancellation charges equaling 30% of anticipated event revenue

Do you have decoration restrictions? The maintenance staff for Great Oaks Country Club works very hard to keep our facility sparkling clean and up-to-date for you special day, therefore we ask that you do not use any glitter, confetti, adhesives, tacks, nails, staples or taper candles of any kind.

Do you have a cake cutting fee? Yes, any cakes brought in from outside vendors will be charged a $1.50 per guest cake cutting &serving fee. You may avoid this fee by purchasing a cake through GOCC.

Are there any additional fees not covered previous in this packet? To provide all members and guests with a truly carefree experience, Great Oaks always has valet service available. This service is mandatory for all events and therefore has a flat rate fee of $75 per every 100 guests starting at 35 guests or more.

When can we do our tasting? We suggest doing your tasting no more than four months prior to your event date however tastings can be done at anytime up to one month prior to your reception. Tastings are complimentary for all clients that have booked their reception with Great Oaks. Up to six total guests may attend including the bride and groom. Tastings are done by individual appointments only during the months of April– December.

Is there anything else I should know? Given that Great Oaks County Club is a private facility, we require all guests to dress accordingly. No denim is to be worn on premises at anytime, even when you are touring. It is part of your contract that you also note this in your invitation to inform all possible guests of our dress code. 10
