Revised - Roadway Closing on 4th Street SE – West of 6th Ave. SE to East of 14th Ave. SE

Friday, May 10th to Monday, June 10th, 2019 – ROCHESTER, MN

Where: 4th Street SE – West of 6th Avenue SE to East of 14th Avenue SE

When: Friday, May 10th thru Monday, June 10th, 2019

Beginning, Friday Monday, May 10th, Hybrid Mechanical will be closing the most southerly roadway lane along 4th Street SE from west of 6th Avenue SE, from around the bridge over the Zumbro River, to just east of 14th Avenue SE to traffic (see attached map). This closure is necessary to make steam line repairs. One lane of East bound traffic will remain open throughout the project. The sidewalks on the south side of 4th Street SE adjacent to this project will be closed to pedestrian traffic.

The following intersections on the south side of 4th Street SE will be impacted by this work: 6th Avenue SE, 7th Avenue SE, 11th Avenue SE, 13th Avenue SE and 14th Avenue SE. The 4th Street and 11th Avenue SE intersection will be closed to traffic periodically during the week of May 13th, between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM, on Friday, May 17th, from 4:15 PM through Sunday, May 19th and again on Friday, May 24th, from 4:15 PM through Monday, May 27th. The intersection at 4th Street SE and 13th Avenue SE will be closed for the duration of the project. The access to all properties will be maintained throughout these closures.

Traffic needing to detour around this area will be instructed to use 12 Street SE (Hwy 14 E), Broadway Avenue South and 4th Street SE (see attached map).
