Estudo de bases técnicas Modelos de gestão para integração metropolitana do sistema de TPC 3 APRESENTAÇÃO Em dezembro de 2015, o Governo Brasileiro e o Governo Alemão assinaram um acordo que estabeleceu o projeto de cooperação técnica intitulado “Eficiência Energética na Mobilidade Urbana” (EEMU), com o objetivo de aprimorar condições institucionais e técnicas no setor de mobilidade urbana no país, de forma a possibilitar o aumento da eficiência energética e, por conseguinte, a redução de emissões de gases de efeito estufa (GEE), através de ações da gestão da mobilidade urbana. Inspirado nos princípios do desenvolvimento sustentável, conhecido como A-S-I (Avoid – Shift – Improve) traduzido como evitar – mudar – melhorar, o projeto tem como enfo- que a mudança modal para modos mais energeticamente eficientes e também a melho- ra dos sistemas de transporte existentes, deixando-os mais atrativos e sustentáveis. Com esse enfoque, buscam-se cidades mais habitáveis utilizando soluções alternativas de mobilidade que contribuam efetivamente para as reduções de emissões de GEEs, ajudando o Brasil a alcançar as metas estabelecidas no âmbito do Acordo de Paris – NDC, ratificado pelo Brasil em 2016. Nesse sentido, o projeto incide sobre aspectos essenciais da promoção da mobilidade urbana no Brasil, além de contribuir para a efeti- vação da Política Nacional de Mobilidade Urbana (Lei nº 12.587/2012) e possui forte correlação com a Política Nacional sobre a Mudança do Clima (Lei Federal nº 12.187, de 2009). A Cooperação Alemã para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, por meio da Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, em nome do Ministério Federal da Cooperação Econômica e Desenvolvimento (BMZ), da Alemanha, e em parceria com o Ministério das Cidades, buscou, com o enfoque da inovação, contribuir para o estabelecimento de sistemas de transporte mais equilibrados sob os pontos de vista sociais, ambientais e econômicos no contexto brasileiro. -

Ante Šalinović prof. sociologije (Zagreb) Ante Šalinović je rođen 1978. godine u Mostaru. Osnovnu i srednju školu pohađa u Vrgorcu, a potom upisuje Filozofski fakultet u Zagrebu, Odsjek za sociologiju na kojem diplomira 2005. godine. Od 2012. pohađa poslijediplomski stručni studij „Poslovno upravljanje – MBA“ na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Zagrebu. 2009. godine je u organizaciji Hrvatskog olimpijskog odbora završio školovanje za „Upravljanje olimpijskim sportskim organizacijama“. Predavač je na Hrvatskim studijima, Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Gost-predavač na većem broju poslovnih škola i učilišta (Vern, Poslovna akademija, Experta, Filaks), na edukacijama novinara (ICEJ Opatija) te na većem broju međunarodnih stručnih konferencija (SEMPL, FESTO, IDEJA X, SOF, SEEMAR, SPORTO). Od 2009. do 2015. je regionalni direktor medijskih istraživanja agencije Ipsos Puls, a od ove godine postaje Ispos Adria Connect Director čime je odgovoran za upravljanje i poslovanje agencije u 8 država regije te je ujedno koordinator medijskih istraživanja za zemlje centralne i istočne Europe te Afrike (cca 30 država). Bio je kandidat na izborima za Nadzorni odbor Hajduka 2011. godine. Anthony Marinov dipl.ing. stroj (Zagreb) Anthony Marinov je rođen 1974. godine. In this contribution, Croatian Competition Agency wishes to present its cases which are examples of remedies designed to eliminate possible negative effects of concentrations, in three cases, and of an abuse of dominant position in one case. 2. The three concentrations involve Agrokor, a conglomerate integration which consists of some of the most significant undertakings on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, with regard to their offer of products and their presence on domestic market. Majority of those undertakings have a long tradition and represent very well recognized and leading brands on the market. -

The PhoneBusters National Call Centre estimates that on any given day, there are 500 to 1,000 criminal telemarketing boiler rooms, grossing about $1 billion a year, operating in Canada. (3) ! Several types of cross-border telemarketing fraud have increased substantially from 1997 to 2002: fraudulent prize and lottery schemes; fraudulent loan offers; and fraudulent offers of low-interest credit cards or credit-card protection.
