ALFONSO ABRAHAM SÁNCHEZ ANAYA, Gobernador del Estado, a sus habitantes sabed: Que por conducto de la Secretaria del Honorable Congreso del Estado, se me ha comunicado lo siguiente: EL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE TLAXCALA, A NOMBRE DEL PUEBLO DECRETA. NUMERO 157 LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO DE TLAXCALA TÍTULO PRIMERO DISPOSICIONES GENERALES Capítulo Primero De las Generalidades Artículo 1. El Poder Judicial garantizará la supremacía y el control de la Constitución Política del Estado y estará expedito para impartir justicia de manera pronta, gratuita, completa e imparcial, en los términos, plazos y condiciones que fijen las leyes. Artículo 2. El ejercicio del Poder Judicial del Estado se deposita en: I. El Tribunal Superior de Justicia; y (REFORMADA, P.O 13 DE ABRIL DE 2007) II. Los juzgados Civiles, Familiares, Penales y de Administración de Justicia para Adolescentes, y (ADICIONADA, P.O 13 DE ABRIL DE 2007) III. En una Unidad de Mediación y Conciliación. Artículo 3. Todos los servidores públicos del Poder Judicial en el desempeño de sus actividades, se ajustarán a los principios de imparcialidad, independencia, honestidad y eficiencia. Artículo 4. Los servidores públicos del Poder Judicial, en funciones, durante su encargo mantendrán el cumplimiento de los requisitos que se exigen para su nombramiento; asimismo, esta función es incompatible con cualquier otro empleo, cargo o comisión público o privado, hecha excepción de la actividad académica, si ésta no se contrapone con el horario normal de labores del Poder Judicial.

The population of the colony was Spanish and lived amongst the settlements of the native inhabitants. As such it KEY ABSTRACT represented the capital of Tenochtitlan-Mexico on a rather small scale and was praised as WORDS Little Spain. The author analyses its urban and socio-economic structure: Spanish town Tlaxcala centre and Indian barrios, pueblos and haciendas.

    Juliette Testard y Mari Carmen Serra Puche LAS FIGURILLAS EPICLÁSICAS DE LA PIRÁMIDE DE LAS FLORES DE XOCHITECATL, TLAX., MÉXICO: TIPOLOGÍA Y SIMBOLISMO1 Resumen: En la década de los setenta, Bodo Spranz propuso que las fi gurillas de Xochitecatl eran antiguas versiones de las deidades mexicas Tlazolteotl y Xochitecatl. Consecuentemente, aludían a la fertilidad y al sacrifi cio. Dos décadas más tarde, la investigación del sitio llevó a excavaciones sistemáticas en la Pirámide de las Flores. Siete depósitos rituales epiclásicos fueron descubiertos en las escaleras del edifi cio. Contenían más de 350 fi gurillas antropomorfas, vasijas cerámicas, representaciones de deidades y cuchillos de obsidiana. El proyecto Xochitecatl subrayó la recurrencia del tema de la fertilidad: la fi gura femenina personifi cándose en el Cerro de la Malinche y en las fi gurillas. Este trabajo desea profundizar el análisis iconográfi co con una nueva tipología que explora factores morfológicos y de tocado. Las interpretaciones del proyecto Xochitecatl son aquí respaldadas por el simbolismo de las posturas y de las expresiones. Asimismo, se dibuja una continuidad entre estas fi gurillas y ceremonias rituales mexicas celebradas en honor a deidades de la fertilidad. La frecuencia de los motivos de fl ores, círculos, ollin y “fl or-sangre” refuerza este tópico. La repartición de tipos por ofrenda revela una voluntad de optimizar la efi cacia ritual. Las fi gurillas de Xochitecatl son también piezas de peculiar interés en el contexto del Altiplano epiclásico: ponen a la luz fuertes contactos con la Costa del Golfo y la región maya de Tabasco.
