Audit objectives The objectives of this audit were: ▪ to confirm that the management system conforms with all the requirements of the audit standard; ▪ to confirm that the organization has effectively implemented the planned management system; ▪ to confirm that the management system is capable of achieving the organization’s policy objectives. 2. Scope of certification Production of FFB for Independent Smallholders in compliance to the MSPO Certification Standard MS2530-2:2013 Part 2. The audit covered the MS 2530:2013 requirements particularly MSPO Certification Standard MS2530-2:2013 Part 2. Validation of processes for production and service provision Has this scope been amended as a result of this audit? Yes No This is a multi-site audit and an Appendix listing all relevant sites and/or remote Yes No locations has been established (attached) and agreed with the client 3. Current audit findings and conclusions The audit team conducted a process-based audit focusing on significant aspects/risks/objectives required by the standard(s). The audit methods used were interviews, observation of activities and review of documentation and records. The structure of the audit was in accordance with the audit plan as annexes to this summary report. The audit team concludes that the organization has has not established and maintained its management system in line with the requirements of the standard and demonstrated the ability of the system to systematically achieve agreed requirements for products or services within the scope and the organization’s policy and objectives. Previous Audit Results The results of the last audit of this system have been reviewed, in particular to assure appropriate correction and corrective action has been implemented to address any nonconformity identified. This review has concluded that: Any nonconformity identified during previous audits has been corrected and the corrective action continues to be effective. The management system has not adequately addressed nonconformity identified during previous audit activities and the specific issue has been re-defined in the nonconformity section of this report. 5. Audit Findings The audit team conducted a process-based audit focusing on significant aspects/risks/objectives. The audit methods used were interviews, observation of activities and review of documentation and records. The management system documentation demonstrated conformity with the requirements Yes No of the audit standard and provided sufficient structure to support implementation and maintenance of the management system. The Secretariat has, since July 2002, classified separately any reported incidents of piracy and armed robbery at sea (international or territorial waters) vis-à-vis acts of armed robbery allegedly committed in port areas, as well as attempted acts of armed robbery. 1 "Piracy" is defined in the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) (article 101) as follows: "Piracy consists of any of the following acts: (a) any illegal acts of violence or detention, or any act of depredation, committed for private ends by the crew or the passengers of a private ship or a private aircraft, and directed: (i) on the high seas, against another ship or aircraft, or against persons or property on board such ship or aircraft; (ii) against a ship, aircraft, persons or property in a place outside the jurisdiction of any State; (b) any act

Hari ini terdapat 609 kes baharu yang telah pulih dan dibenarkan discaj pada hari ini iaitu; • 123 kes dari Hospital Bintulu dan PKRC di bawah Hospital Bintulu; • 118 kes dari Hospital Umum Sarawak dan PKRC di bawah Hospital Umum Sarawak; • 87 kes dari Hospital Sri Aman dan PKRC Sri Aman; • 86 kes dari Hospital Miri dan PKRC di bawah Hospital Miri; • 75 kes dari Hospital Sibu dan PKRC di di bawah Hospital Sibu; • 74 kes dari Hospital Sarikei dan PKRC di bawah Hospital Sarikei; • 31 kes dari Hospital Kapit dan PKRC di bawah Hospital Kapit; • 9 kes dari PKRC Mukah; • 4 kes dari PKRC Betong; dan • 2 kes dari PKRC Serian. 1 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2021 Ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan kes positif COVID-19 yang telah pulih atau dibenarkan discaj setakat hari ini adalah seramai 50,766 orang atau 82.46% dari jumlah keseluruhan kes COVID-19 di Sarawak. Jumlah kes aktif yang masih mendapat rawatan dan diasingkan di PKRC dan wad hospital mengikut hospital rujukan adalah seramai 9,857 orang. Manakala, 582 PUI baharu telah dilaporkan dan tiada PUI yang menunggu keputusan ujian makmal. B. Kes Baharu COVID-19. Hari ini terdapat 577 kes baharu COVID-19 dikesan di Sarawak. Sejumlah 300 atau 51.99 peratus daripada jumlah kes ini telah dikesan di lima (5) buah daerah iaitu di Daerah Kuching, Pakan, Bintulu, Kanowit dan Meradong.

The question is really, by how much. Taib Mahmud’s successor as chief minister, Adenan Satem, has through various measures taken over the last two years, increased his personal popularity and the popularity of his party tremendously. While there have been disagreements within both the coalitions – Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) – those within PH are most serious, and damage the credibility of its component parties even at the federal level. This may affect voter support in the general elections to be held within two years. As the situation now stands, the opposition parties have lost the initiative that they had in 2011, and are basically carrying out damage control measures. Instead, UMNO, through the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition model in which it is the decisive voice, has strategically formed political pacts with parties representing Sarawak’s Muslim bumiputras, Christian bumiputra minorities and Chinese.
