COVID-19 Federal Rural Resource Guide COVID-19 Federal Rural Resource Guide USDA and its Federal partners have programs that can be used to provide immediate and long-term assistance to rural communities affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. These programs can support recovery efforts for rural residents, businesses and communities through: • technical, training, and management assistance; • financial assistance; and • state and local assistance. This resource matrix organizes funding opportunities identified in stimulus bills and other federal resources that can help support ruralAmerica.     USDA Potential USDA Programs to Support Regional Food Hub Development This is not a comprehensive list, but an edited selection of USDA programs that have previously supported regional food hubs, with examples of funded projects. Grants range from $10,000 up to $500,000, although smaller projects are given higher priority.
