Front cover picture - Stephen Nowak preaching at a meeting in Tan zania (see report page 31). ii Editorial In a parish church near Berthelsdorf, Germany, during a special Wednesday 1 morning service, 13 " August 1727, there was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Paiiicipants left that meeting, 'hardly knowing whether they belonged to earth or had already gone to heaven'. One of them wrote, 'A great hunger after the Word of God took possession of us so that we had to have three services every day 5.00 am and 7.30 am and 9.00 pm.'
