Shuttle Bus arranged by the LOC The LOC will arrange shuttle buses for participants ONLY on August 10, 2011 in Beijing Capital Airport Terminal 3 at the minimum cost. There will be an “ICRC2011” sign just at the exit of international arrivals. Please note that we only have limited capacity, “first come, first serve” is the rule. The shuttle bus starts at 9:30am and ends at 20:00pm. We foresee the shuttle interval will be around 2 hours depending upon number of arrivals.
Airport Shuttle Bus
Passengers can enjoy round trips between BCIA and Xidan / Beijing Railway Station / Gongzhufen/ Fangzhuang / Zhongguancun / Wangjing / Beijing West Railway Station / Shangdi / etc. conveniently by taking airport shuttle. The nearest to the conference venue is Line 4(Gong Zhu Fen Station 公主坟机场巴 士站). The fare is 16RMB (about 2.4USD). Then you can take taxi to the Pullman Hotel. The fare is about 30RMB (4USD).

Charge Standard The minimum charge is RMB 10 covering the first 3km. The rest will be charged at RMB 2/km; Additional 50% of the total fee will be charged as an allowance for the return trip if the single trip has exceeded 15km; If the speed is below 12km/h, an extra expense for 1km will be charged every 5 minutes; While the taxi is waiting as the passengers require, extra an expense for 1km will be charged every 5 minutes; The minimum charge will be RMB 11 from 23:00pm to 5:00am, and also a rise of 20% per kilometer; The information above is subject to change by the Taxi Management Department. It’s about 130-150CNY from airport to conference venue or conference hotels.

Tips for taking a taxi Please pay attention to the charge standards on the windows of the taxi, and the service supervision card of the taxi driver.
Road toll and bridge toll will be afforded by passengers.
Please ask the taxi driver for invoices and take down the car number if necessary.
Please take a taxi with official certification at the airport. Don’t forget your belongings when getting off.

Airport express has 4 stops: Dongzhimen, Sanyuanqiao, T3 and T2
You can take Beijing Subway from the Airport Station to Dongzhimen Station, from which transfer to line 2. Then make another change from line 2 to line 1 at Jianguomen Station, Take the direction to Ping Guo Yuan and stop off at Yuquanlu Station for IHEP Guest House and Holiday Inn; and stop off at Babaoshan Station for Pullman Hotel and Mercure Hotel, and CRI Media Center.
