“That this House approves the continuance in force of the Proclamation dated the 19th January, 2009 in respect of the State of Jharkhand, issued under article 356 of the Constitution by the President, for a further period of six months with effect from the 19th July, 2009.” ————

*The Jharkhand SHRI NAMO NARAIN MEENA to move that the Bill to authorise

Appropriation (No.2) payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Bill, 2009 Fund of the State of Jharkhand for the services of the financial year 2009-10, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

ALSO to move that the Bill be returned.
