Bill for consideration and passing

The Whistle FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by Blowers Shri V. Narayanasamy on the 29th March, 2012:–– Protection Bill, “That the Bill to establish a mechanism to receive complaints relating to 2011. disclosure on any allegation of corruption or wilful misuse of power or wilful misuse of discretion against any public servant and to inquire or cause an inquiry into such disclosure and to provide adequate safeguards against victimization of the person making such complaint and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.”

SHRI V. NARAYANASAMY to move that the Bill be passed.
