While post-consultation activity has understandably, not been at the same level, we have maintained communication and engagement via these channels, as shown below: Channel Summary of activity Twitter and Facebook Over 25 tweets and posts about the stroke consultation and progress on next steps, which gained over 12,000 impressions. Kent and Medway STP website stroke pages We have had over 3000 views of our stroke consultation ‘home’ page. Transforming health and social care in Kent and Medway is a partnership of all the NHS organisations in Kent and Medway, Kent County Council and Medway Council. We are working together to develop and deliver the Sustainability and Transformation Plan for our area We have made regular updates to the dedicated stroke web pages, adding content on areas such as the consultation reports, the decision-making process and next steps in the process as well as updating Frequently Asked Questions. Media We have received 27 requests for statements or responses from national and local media organisations. In addition, please see the separate spreadsheets below detailing media engagement work including press releases and news coverage. These are in the process of being updated and a revised version will be circulated with the final papers in advance of the JHOSC and the meeting of the Joint Committee. In addition, pre-consultation public meetings have taken place in the east of Kent during October, November and December of 2018, which discussed the configuration of acute hospital care as well as the provision of local care services. These meetings have meant we have continued to have face to face conversations with local people about the progress of the stroke review, particularly during November and December.
