FIR Date 16/04/2019 PS Phone Brief Facts of the Case Occurred in between from 20.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs on 15.04.19 adjoining of NH-26 road, opposite Sai Krishna Cold storage, Mutcherlavalasa village and reported on 16.04.19 at 10.30 A.M., wherein the complainant Marri Kumar Rajasekhar, S/o Visweswara Rao, age 39 yrs, Kapu, Panchayat secretary, Mutcherlavalasa village, Ramabhadrapuram Mandal reported that on 16.04.2019 at about 10.00 A.M., he came to know an unknown male person, aged about 50 years died on the above spot. Then he rushed the spot, found the deceased died and oozing blood through mouth and nose, the deceased wearing full hands shirt with blue and green colour, cement colour pant and his death cause not known. Hence, the complainant came to Police station and lodged his report for necessary action.

Sir, A copy of death message is enclosed here with for favor of perusal. I registered the above death message as a case in Cr.No. 18/2019 U/S174 Cr.P.C. of Nadikudi R.P.S. on 16.04.2019 at 10.00 Hrs. The original F.I.R. along with original death message was being submitted to the M.E.M,Piduguralla Mandal and copies of F.I.R to all the concerned officers and took up investigation
