W E L C O M E T O GEIRANGERFJORD A SPECTACULAR NATURAL EXPERIENCE GEIRANGERFJORD Geirangerfjord is located on the western part of Norway, in the Sunnmøre region of Møre og Romsdal county, It is small in terms of population, but never the less an important origin of Norwegian exports, and for tourism. It is a 15 - km long branch of Sunnylvsfjorden and Storfjorden. Over 1000 years, the interplay between ice, rushing waterfalls and mountains has created a stunning fjord landscape.The area’s unique natural surroundings were created during a succession of ice ages when glaciers carved out deep fjords and shaped the high mountains. Along the fjord's sides you find a number of now-abandoned farms. Some restoration has been made by the Storfjordens Venner association. The most commonly visited among the farms are Skageflå, Knivsflå, and Blomberg. Skageflå may also be reached on foot from Geiranger, while the others require a boat excursion. The fjord is also host to several impressive waterfalls such as Seven Sister waterfall. GEIRANGERFJORD CRUISE PORT GEIRANGER - HELLESYLT - STRANDA Geirangerfjord cruise port has over 180 cruise ship visiting the port every year. First Cruise call was in 1869. In 1906 we received 112 cruise ship visits. We are visited by over 900 000 people from different parts of the world, yearly - arriving either by bus, cars or by boat. Stranda hamnevesen KF (Stranda Port Authority) is in charge of Geirangerfjord Cruise Port, that consist of three ports. PORTS Geiranger Port (NOGNR-0001) – ISPS approved Hellesylt Port (NOHSY-0001) – ISPS approved Stranda Port - Not ISPS approved GEIRANGERFJORD CRUISE PORT GEIRANGER PORT Geiranger port is located in a small village called Geiranger. The village has about 200 inhabitants living all year. Geiranger is home to some of the most spectacular scenery in the world, its norrow fjord and tall mountains, was named the best travel destination in Scandinavia by Lonely Planet. In 2005, the Geirangerfjord area was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Norwegian County Road 63 passes through the village. Geiranger Church, is a white, wooden, octagonal church built in 1842 by the architect Hans Klipe. Anchorage: has three anchors positions depending on the size of the ship. Pontoons 1 ex. 200T. Pos Seawalk/4B 2 ex. buoys 300T. Tender terminal. SeaWalk available: 236 m long, 4,5 m wide steel, ADA compliant construction GEIRANGERFJORD CRUISE PORT HELLESYLT PORT Hellesylt Port is located in a small village called Hellesylt. The village lies at the head of Sunnylvsfjorden, which is a branch of Storfjorden. Hellesylt is 0.41-square-kilometer (100-acre) and has about 253 inhabitants. The gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Site - Hellesylt Port has long traditions as a cruise destination, and is well known as the starting or ending point of the classic overland excursions to Geiranger, or excursion to Stranda. In the summertime, thousands of tourists travel through or stay in Hellesylt, each day. The village is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and valleys. The Sunnylven Church is located in Hellesylt, it was build in 1859 with a total of 400 seats. Hellesylt has a dedicated cruise pier: Length 143 metres - Draught 10.52 metres GEIRANGERFJORD CRUISE PORT STRANDA PORT Stranda port is in Stranda village which is the administrative center of Stranda municipality which consists of Geiranger, Hellesylt, Liabygda and Stranda. The central village, Stranda, has about 2,600 inhabitants. The 866-square-kilometer (334 sq mi) municipality is the 129th largest by area out of the 422 municipalities in Norway. Stranda is an exciting facility for shore excursions and activities and is one of Scandinavia’s most renowned freeride ski destinations. The ski resort has invested in a gondola and two chairlifts so they can offer visitors a spectacular view of the mountains and the fjord. A visit to Stranda can be combined uniquely with Geiranger and Hellesylt. Visitors also have the option to combine these stops with a visit to Ålesund. GEIRANGER VILLAGE 1. Geiranger Church 2. Folketalsutviklinga er resultatet av fødselsoverskot pluss nettoflytting. Desse komponentane kan vi bryte ned for å forstå utviklinga enda betre. Fødselsoverskotet er talet på fødde eit år minus talet dødde same år. I 2018 blei det fødd 51 barn samstundes som det dødde 45 personar i befolkninga. Det gav eit fødselsoverskot på 6. I 2017 var talet på fødde 37, døde 48 og fødselsoverskotet -11. Fødselstala er låge både regionalt og nasjonalt, og det er svært få kommunar kor fødselstala er høge nok til å oppretthalde befolkningsstorleiken utan tilflytting eller innvandring. Forutan fødselsoverskotet er det innanlandskflytting og innvandring som vil avgjere om ein kommune opplev vekst eller nedgang. For fylket samla er den innanlandske nettoflyttinga negativ, med eit flyttetap på kring 1000 personar årleg i tidsperioden sida 2012. Av det flyttetapet utgjer om lag 60 prosent personar som tidligare har innvandra til fylket. Den innanlandske nettoflyttinga for kommunen var i 2018 på -56 personar. Det er lågare enn året før, med ei endring på -33 personar. Nettoinnvandringa har vore årsaken til den gode folketalsutviklinga fylket har vore gjennom det siste tiåret. Her har særleg arbeidsinnvandringa vore avgjerande.

Varamedlemar, Dagfrid Kjelstadli, Else Karin Fylling, Arne Abelseth. Sakshandsamar og sekretær Sonia Thorlin første halvår og Brit Skjelten frå juni. Tilsette medarbeidarar i Ørskog sokn Arbeidsfellesskapet på Ørskog har i år bestått av frå venstre: Kyrkjeverje Petra Riste Synnes, prost Svein Runde, sokneprest Kari Vatne som slutta 1. september, kantor Arne B. Varmedal, kateket Olav Rønneberg, diakon Asbjørg Oksavik Sve, kontor Brit Skjelten, kyrkjetenar og vaktmeister/reinhaldar på Kyrkjetorget Zlatan Miskovic, kyrkjegardsarbeidar Anders Sveen og på kontoret Sonia Thorlin fram til juni. I slutten av august var det avskjed med Kari Vatne med avskjedsgudsteneste og samver på Kyrkjetorget etterpå med musikalske innslag, talar og gåveoverrekkingar. Ho blir eit sakn for kyrkjelyden i både Ørskog og Stordal. Frå september fekk vi nyutdanna prest Kjetil Austad som vikar. Soknepreststillinga blei utlyst og Øystein Braaten blei tilsett i stillinga. Han kjem hit i mai 2018. Frå nyåret blir det ny vikar i Ørskog og Stordal som heiter Anders Barstad. Hovudutval for Diakoni v/Audun Rørstad, diakon Asbjørg Oksavik Sve. Utvalet har følgjande undergrupper: Besøkstenesta v/Elsa Rotnes og Brit Skjelten, Liv Mary Hatlen. Basarkomiteen v/ Dagfrid Kjelstadli, Ingunn Tenfjord (leiarar), Berit W. Pedersen, Louise Jacobsen, Ester Walgermo, Astrid Øvstedal, Reidun Aasen, Kristin Tenfjord og Doreen Strømmen.

    Konsesjonssøknad 420 kV ledning Ørskog-Fardal Søknad om konsesjon, ekspropriasjonstillatelse og forhåndstiltredelse Februar 2007 ØRSKOG / LEIVDAL / MOSKOG / FARDAL / Konsesjonssøknad 420 kV-ledning Ørskog – Fardal Februar 2007 FORORD Statnett SF legger med dette frem søknad om konsesjon, ekspropriasjonstillatelse og forhåndstiltredelse for en ny 420 kV ledning fra Ørskog transformatorstasjon i Ørskog kommune til Fardal transformatorstasjon i Sogndal kommune. Ledningen vil bli ca. 250-300 km lang, avhengig av trasévalg. Søknaden omfatter også en utvidelse av transformatorstasjonene i Ørskog, Moskog og i Fardal. Omsøkte ledningstraséer er lagt slik at det i fremtiden vil være mulig å etablere 420/132 kV transformeringer nær Åskåra kraftverk i Bremanger og ved Leivdal transformatorstasjon i Eid kommune. Det søkes også om dispensasjon fra plan- og bygningslovens bestemmelser om reguleringsplikt og om dispensasjon fra gjeldende arealplaner der omsøkte løsninger er i strid med disse. Konsekvensutredningen er utført med bakgrunn i utredningsprogram fastsatt av Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE) 03.10.2006. Konsesjonssøknaden med konsekvensutredning oversendes NVE til behandling. The others are published by the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST), the Norwegian Intelligence Service (NIS) and the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM). The PST’s primary responsibility is to prevent and investigate crimes against national security. The PST’s annual threat assessment discusses situations, usually in Norway, that could affect Norwegian security and damage national interests in the coming year. These include threats from state actors in the form of foreign intelligence services, their current intelligence targets and the services’ operational patterns in Norway. The assessments also deal with threats from non-state actors, especially threats of politically motivated violence by extremist groups or individuals. The assessments have a time horizon of one year and are published in the first quarter. The NIS’s primary task is to warn of external threats and support the development of Norwegian security, foreign and defence policy. The service publishes an annual assessment of the international situation and foreign threats of significance to Norway and Norwegian interests.
