Download samples—try before you buy The list of available samples gives you the opportunity to select a title of interest and then see for yourself how helpful it is to have the information you need in hand. LexisNexis eBooks are device agnostic, compatible with dedicated e-reader devices as well as personal computers (desktop and laptop), tablet devices and smartphones that use e-reader software or applications. Our eBooks are available in two file types: .ePub and .mobi. Once the eBooks are downloaded, they are stored on the device and no Internet access is required.

Embedded links to Lexis Advance™ As you look through your sample, you’ll notice a new feature recently added to provide even greater convenience: LexisNexis eBooks are now adding embedded links to Lexis Advance™. This great integration enhances efficiency, allowing you to work seamlessly while following embedded links during your research. If you click a link but do not have access to Lexis Advance, you will be redirected to the Lexis Advance sign-in screen where you may contact Lexis Advance Customer Support for information on how to activate a Lexis Advance ID. After viewing a sample, if you wish to order an eBook, three options make purchasing a snap: Contact your LexisNexis representative, go to the LexisNexis® Store or call 800-223-1940.

Downloading, sharing … and saving budget Sharing within your organization offers cost benefits. If you would like to buy multiple quantities of a title, you will receive eBook emails to distribute to those in your organization. Because LexisNexis eBooks are sold with digital rights management which “stamps” the account name and e-mail address of the purchaser on the eBook file pages, a Terms of Use page is included with every eBook regarding DRM and sharing. These eBooks will have the name of one individual on the eBook and the account number embedded in the eBook. You can load one or more eBooks to a single device and the device itself could be shared within your company or department.
