Annual hosting fee: $12,000.00/ year divided among those Participating Libraries as of July 1st of the current year Required yearly content contribution: $1,000.00 per library For the avoidance of doubt, the yearly $1,000.00 content contribution must be contributed each July, regardless of additional content purchases made greater than $1,000 in the previous contract year. Participating Libraries shall be permitted to make additional content purchases at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
