Rating: Very easy Cooking time: 10 min

2 cups self-raising  our 2 tablespoons butter

Place 1 cup of sugar and water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Place roll into saucepan and make sure the water almost covers the roll in depth. Simmer (not boil) with lid on until cooked. Cooking Tip: Do not boil or it will burn the roll. It will be cooked once risen to double its original size.

Serve with custard.

40 13 GRILLED PUMPKIN

Rating: Very easy Cooking time: 5 min

This is surprisingly a nice quick or a light meal.

Trim fat and rind o 4 rashers of bacon.. Chop bacon into pieces. Chop an onion. Grate some low fat cheese. Chop some parsley. Mix all together and add a splash of worcestershire sauce. Mix all together and make some patties, the size of a hamburger. Flatten before cooking on the BBQ or pan. Place your photo here! Steam some vegies to have with it.

Cooking tips: To cut an onion. Cut onion in half. Place  at side down before cutting. This will stop it sliding while you are cutting it. Talk to your children

16 37 DUMPLING PUDDING

Rating: Very easy Cooking time: 5 min

2 cups of Self Raising Flour 2 tablespoons of butter Rub together Add some sultanas Place your photo here! Stir in a splash of milk (just to bring the mixture together)

Rating: Easy Cooking Tip: Cooking time: 2-3 min Cooking with gas makes for easy pancake making. If you haven’t a gas stove top, a simple portable, 1 cup of plain  our camping gas cooker is worth purchasing. 1 /2 cup of raw brown sugar 1 1 /2cups of milk 1 egg Dash of vanilla Mix well to a runny smooth consistency add more milk if necessary

Best cooked on gas and moderately quickly. Place your photo here! Pour out a ladel scoop size of the mixture into a hot non-stick pan. Swirl pan around if necessary to get an even pancake. Rating: Easy but fancy Cooking time: 10-15 min.

1 tin of salmon Drain away liquid and throw away skin and bones. Cook 2-3 medium potatoes and mash. Chop an onion. Add one egg and some chopped parsley. Mix all together. 1 tin of tuna, drained 1 tin of celery soup 1 chopped onion 1 1 /2 cup of grated cheese, fresh or frozen
