MOVE A: Narrow stance, heels lifted (arms overhead): squat X3, pulsing lower each time (arms gradually lower down in front), then stand (arms push down). Repeat sequence X2. Then step right foot out wide into low plié squat (arms out to sides), then step back together (arms overhead). Repeat X4, alternate legs. Released 1/6/17

MOVE B: Narrow stance: tap right toe in front (bend standing leg), straight leg lift to front (straighten standing leg), tap toe front again (bend standing leg), then straight leg lift to back (straighten standing leg) Repeat X4 on right, then X4 on left.
